Location, spacious, clean, and wonderful host! Parking was not as challenging as we thought. Parked across street every night. Dave is very good on explaining the parking situation. Apartment is close to everything. Great poutine place nearby, Geston on Dorchester. Washer dryer on site is very nice. Loved big mirror in every room! Beds are comfortable. enough towels are prepared. Host with good communication.

There was noise on the street, one night a woman was shouting and crying several times. It seems night noise are common. We did feel safe walking around the property at night. One bathroom is crowded for big family. Can also update a dish rack and a cooking pot. No dish washer.

Close to the main tourist area but also in an interesting part of the city. Apartment was very clean and excellent cooking/eating equipment. Very comfortable seats.

Weather was very hot and one bedroom needed an AC unit.

Dave was the nicest host ever and he introduced us to a lot of great places in Quebec. The flat was clean, had so many spices, pots, and daily appliances that it felt like a home to live in. The beds were so big and comfy too. We really don't have any complaints.

Dave was outstanding. He was easy to communicate with while on the way and he waited for us right in front, advising us on where and how to park for free or for a minor cost. That saved us a good amount of money. The tour of the apartment was very thorough and we were told of all the sights we should see that most tourists don't even know about.

We thought the place was a little closer to the old city but since everything is so close, it was no big deal and after a few nights, it didn't even matter. In the end, we had no complaints at all about the location.

We loved that this location was in a neighbourhood, so we were exposed to not just the tourist areas.

I was very happy with Dave and how attentive he was to our needs. He explained everything we needed to know and offered his help with any concerns we had. Fortunately, there were no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Very helpful host. He even got us free parking for the week. Kitchen very well equipped. Washer, dryer even a balcony to take a sunbath Free wifi and netflix account door code instead of keys very useful for family members coming and going at different times city centre in walking distance. we never used the car. all you need in terms of groceries, wine, restaurants, and fast food (and some shopping) only 1km away on St Joseph street

The air conditioning was a bit loud and with windows open window the traffic noise was loud. still, we slept very well. It was great to have AC

The apartment itself is nice and Dave is very accommodating.

I didn't like that I have to worry about parking.

Well stocked (could use more glasses) Our host was very agreeable, and of course it was one of the few places we could bring our dog. The ensuite washer/dryer was a bonus.

The crazy floor. Old building, so nothing was level. We considered buying marbles and having races to see who's marble got to the other side of the room first! Farther from Old Quebec City than we would have liked.
