Great location for where we were spending our time. Home had everything we needed and was comfortable. The hosts were super kind and easy to communicate with. We loved spending time outside by the pool and hottub.

We went to Vegas for a family wedding. My entire family was with me. The kids had a great time in the pool, the kitchen was well stocked to help us prepare family breakfasts and it was a quiet neighborhood. Overall it was wonderful.

Loads of space, beautiful pool and back patio, well stocked. The property owners have thought of everything to make a stay here comfortable and easy. Everything was as advertised and more. The neighborhood was nice, and we felt very safe there.

This nice clean home has everything you will need for a stay. Plenty of privacy, bedding, towels, laundry etc. Nice clear communication from the owner. Games, ping pong that was nice for the kids. Pool area was nice, with plenty of pool toys for the kids. Only thing we noticed that was missing, was the sofa bed for the loft. Made for a slightly uncomfortable nights sleep, but luckily our son didn't complain about the smaller couch. Would love to book again for a summer visit, when the pool can be used more. We only got in twice because of the weather. Thanks for the great home!

Every thing was great. Very good location. Need to look at light bulbs, also the shower valves will scald you. Had trouble finding a happy medium.

This house was a decent house to rent. The house is approximately 30 minute drive from the strip. We found that a lot of places are 18-30 minute drive from the house. There is a grocery store and shops not even 2-3 miles from the house. The family room is small to accommodate the 10 adults in our group. The upstairs bunk room no longer has a large L shaped couch, it is just a regular loveseat. The house is fully stocked and we really appreciated it. The front door key pad is on the door. lol, we 1st kept trying the key box on the house itself by the door. Silly us.

Perfect location for all activities in Las Vegas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything worked as advertised and the weather was perfect for the Formula 1 weekend!

Casa delle Palme exceeded our expectations. A nice quiet neighborhood that was far enough away from The Strip that we did not notice the craziness of the F1 ramp up. The hosts were very responsive and had put quite a bit of effort into this property. Well equipped kitchen, nice decor, cute bedding, plenty of towels for the pool. Lots to keep us busy with the pool, pingpong, games and a few nearby parks for walking. We would stay here again.

The property was clean, and perfect for a friends weekend gateway for a Concert, n Raider’s game. It was a little further than we expected from the strip but a quiet location to relax.

Our weekend stay was absolutely perfect. We stayed here with my two kids (both under 3) and parents, and we all had plenty of room to set-up our baby gear and spread out. Everyone was comfortable (which is not always easy when you're traveling with a large group!). Kids, parents, and grandparents all LOVED the pool. This was the best-stocked vacation rental we've ever stayed in - fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need to cook light meals and feed kids, plenty of bath and pool towels, games for the family, and PERFECT instructions for how to use everything in the home. Kristine was so communicative and responded quickly to all my questions. Lots of grocery stores nearby so we were able to quickly pick-up last minute items, and the house is an easy drive to the freeways. Kristine & Troy - thank you so much for opening your home to us, and making this such a lovely weekend. We hope to be back again!

We so enjoyed our stay… 6 50-something sisters and cousins meet-up for concerts and relaxing. House is stunning in a great residential neighborhood… close enough to be convenient to activities, but far enough away to be restful. Pool area is beautiful and so relaxing.

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Pictures don't do it justice. Gorgeous backyard and pool. Vacationed with 2 other couples and we all had plenty of space. Could easily have brought kids and still had plenty of room to gather together or separate. Close to hiking and beautiful mountain views!!! One night on the strip was enough for us - the house and nearby hiking were perfect way to relax and reconnect with friends. Excellent host, very responsive, and house shows attention to detail.

We were in town w/our younger son and some friends for our older son’s wedding The home was exactly as it was shown online We thoroughly enjoyed the house,it was comfortable and had plenty of room for us Sadly we were too busy with wedding details to use the pool but we enjoyed sitting on the patio Check in & check out was very easy

This Oasis was exactly as was described and more! We arrived on this quiet and well-manicured street and entered their immaculate home. Everything in the kitchen was clearly labeled and fully stocked. The loft area had a cabinet full of bath and beach towels available for use and plenty of board games for the family. In the garage, they have a ping-pong table. The home was so roomy, allowing our family to spend time together but having private areas to spread out for a quiet/relaxing time alone. Then finally, the breathtaking backyard with the pool/spa. Everything was absolutely perfect! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. The house was plenty spacious for 6 of us. Pool was clean, well kept, and in good repair. Grocery stores and restaurants within short driving distance. Hosts were very quick to respond to a question I had during the stay. Very enjoyable experience.

Just want to say thank you for the great place to stay on our family vacation. The pictures of the property where spot on its a wonderful house with the perfect setup for all ages. Our family went down to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday and we had a wide verity of ages from 4 years old to 75 years young we had an amazing time. We elected not to rent a vehicle and just used ubers and lifts for our transportation needs the average cost to go to the strip was $35 one way for a standard ride and $45 for an exl with traffic and road construction it was well worth it. We used Kaptyn Las Vegas limousine service for our party of 8 for airport transfer and they treated us amazing and it was only $109 they picked us up at 3am in the morning and took us to the airport in a new black limo. We will definitely will look into staying here again when we come down to Vegas again

The property was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet. Had everything we needed for the perfect getaway! Located close to shopping and plenty of restaurants and only a short drive from the strip. We definitely plan on staying again when we are in the area.

We had a ok stay . House needs some updating but it was a good stay I would have gave more stars but after we got home (over a week) I was notified that I was being charged 125.00 to clean the pool because it was green and I left the heater on it . I never used the pool heater . It was over a 100 with record heat wave while we were there. Why would anyone use the heater. I explained that we didn’t used it and that the pool cleaner person who was supposed to come on Friday never came and that if he came the Friday after we left they should have noticed green hot pool. I paid 265 cleaning fee plus 59 damage insurance to book rental. But that was not good enough they charged my CREDIT CARD 125.00$ 10days after we checked out. After I told them if it was a problem then go though damage insurance that I was forced to pay. They have a very long list of cleaning chores to do before you leave. But not a list for management to check after people leave. Because if pool was green they should have seen that . The pool was a little dirty while we were there but not that bad. I don’t think anyone should charge your CREDIT CARD without your approval especially if they make you pay damage insurance.

This was my third time staying at this property and it never disappoints! It has everything you could possibly need. Very clean and well organized. We had a group of 7 people ages 12 to 76. It was a great place to celebrate my father turning 76. The pool is so amazing, you will not want to leave the house. I highly recommend staying here when you are in Las Vegas. This home is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Everyone had their own space when they wanted it and also multiple options for visiting with each other. Especially in the backyard with the beautiful and VERY clean pool and spa. Fantastic place for all ages! There are more kitchen items available for use than anywhere we have ever rented. It was great since we never wanted to leave the house and we were able to cook whatever we wanted! We have already booked a return visit because we loved it so much.

This was one of my favorite weekend getaways. The house is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, the instruction book was comprehensive and easy to understand and the pool was crystal clear and inviting. Cannot wait to stay there again.

I have five kids ages 6 to 22 and they were all impressed with this house. So relaxing the pool was amazing. Highly recommend!!

The house was perfect! Enough room for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The pool and spa did not disappoint. Kristina was quick to reply during our stay. We didnt have any issues at all. Thank you so much for a spectacular surprise birthday getaway for my Dad's 80th!

Big and open for the kids to have their own space if they want. Nice pool area with both shaded and sunny outdoor seating. Safe, clean quiet neighborhood close to a few highways. No complaints at all!
