We go to Provincetown every year for the last 20yrs and we had stayed in this property before (under different management 2-3 times). The property is excellent and in pristine conditions. We had an incredible time in Provincetown and the house full filled all our expectations. Jay, the host was extremely kind and placed attention to every detail to make our time the best. He was the perfect host. I will definitely return the next year and I hope to rent the property again. Overall one of the best properties to spend time in the Cape Cod area.

Our group of 12 rented both houses side-by-side. The location is excellent, within a short walk of Provincetown Inn and its pilgrim-hat-shaped pool :) The primary suite in each house on the second level is an especially impressive space with a great bathroom. The homes had everything we needed with well-stocked kitchens and ample refrigeration and kitchen space. Jay was an excellent host and communicator. We would love to return in the future!

This was our second time staying here and we had a great time. The house is out of the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street but close enough for you to walk or bike. Every bedroom has a bathroom which is really great. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Its location in the quieter West End and its proximity to Herring Cove Beach made it a winner. The house is spacious and welcoming. Jay was accessible to us throughout the week and even after we had left. A wonderful week in Ptown!

We have rented many houses in Provincetown over the years, and this is one of our favorite homes. The home is spacious, well-furnished and decorated, great beds, excellent appliances, well-appointed kitchen, and well-performing wi-fi. We were a little worried that the location was a little too far on the West End, but with bicycles, everything is close. Jay was our point of contact throughout our stay, and he was a perfect host.

Lovely spacious home with all the amenities in Herring Cove Village - just a few steps from the Moors. Quiet neighborhood a quick bike ride or a 10 minute walk from center of town. House is great with hot tub, large bedrooms and bathrooms and great view of bay from the rooftop deck.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds, AC works great. Jacuzzi space is private

I’ll start off by saying, we honestly never wanted to leave. Staying in this luxurious, impeccable, super-comy and spacious home on the West End of town for 2 weeks has completely spoiled us. After 6 years of staying in the area, we have already planned our return here next Summer. As host, Shawn goes above and beyond, offering his inside tips of P’town, where to dine, what beaches to go to, etc. If anything came up Shawn, promptly helped us out with a smile. A kinder, sweeter man would be hard to find. We just adore him. Just stepping through the doorway, we were wowed by the vast amount of light, the easy flow of the rooms, not to mention the keen creative eye of Jay, who elegantly decorated the place with so many pieces from local artists. The kitchen is filled every top appliance, pot/pan, or tool a cook would ask for. Shawn did a fantastic job of stocking the cabinets and drawers. The island served as our breakfast, work area, build puzzles, play games, prep, eat dine space. We cooked several dinners and agreed that it was so much fun to sit around that beautiful island versus any formal dining table. The outside space is so peaceful and serene. The living room provided great relaxation and ease at the end of the evening as we nestled into the couch, eating Lewis’s ice cream and catching up on a few shows the large Smart TV. And aaahhhh, the bedrooms -- each one is so roomy, inviting, with comfy beds and an individual balcony. For us the top bedroom was total Nirvana. Nestled into the top of the house with plenty of storage space, we would read or relax out on the covered deck then hop into the tub and look at the stunning treed landscape. Late in the afternoon we’d go to the top deck to watch the sunset or gaze at the stars. The community is quiet and very friendly. We were surprised how much we would enjoy the Moors. We spent many a day, paddle boarding the Breakwaters, taking our floating chairs to rest in the gentle tide. At low tide, we loved hiking around the tidal flats with our dog, even spotting a fox or two! This amazing home is the perfect, luxurious get away, not far from the heart of Provincetown, yet steps to the National Seashore. If you’re thinking of treating yourself to a dream vacation in the Outer Cape, look no further than this stunning rental – with the most wonderful and attentive hosts ever, Shawn and Jay. The home is beautiful. In a nice quiet location but still close to the beaches, bike trails and center of town. Shawn is very responsive to any needs . Highly recommend!! I’m sure we will be back!

We have been renting in Provincetown for 7 years and this is by far the best experience we have had. The house is perfect in every way one can imagine. It has a big spacious first floor that includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area and family room that was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms are big and beautifully decorated. The art work in the home was amazing. Each of the rooms was tastefully decorated and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The balconies overlook the picturesque neighborhood and the views from the roof deck were breathtaking. You can see the ocean while having drinks and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Shawn was the best host we have worked with. He was very responsive to all of our texts and calls. The home was equipped with everything you could want or need on vacation. Shawn went above and beyond, from helping us find the best dinner plans to helping us when our French bulldog hurt his paw on our second day there. He felt like a friend or family member by the end of our week-long vacation. We also befriended many of the neighbors who were happy to tell us the best hikes and beach spots. We are so grateful to have found this gem among the many options in Provincetown and we booked our trip for next year before we even left! If you are looking for a luxury rental that feels like a home and comes with the best host in town, you need to try this one! You will never rent a different property again!

This is a beautiful home. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are well-appointed. The hot tub was the nicest that I have ever enjoyed. It was an easy walk into town and to the beach. I would recommend this hone to anyone interested in spending time in Provincetown!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jay & Shawn’s townhouse for several weeks during the off-season. This exceptional property is tucked away in a quiet, residential community of townhomes. Although private, the location is a short walk or bike ride to Herring Cove Beach, Commercial Street, and all that Provincetown has to offer. The beautiful townhome is modern, spacious, immaculate, comfortable, and exactly as described. Words cannot begin to convey how wonderful Jay and Shawn were throughout my stay. They were extremely attentive, communicative, and responsive to every need! Without hesitation, I highly recommend staying at this luxurious, West end property in Provincetown!

Everything was perfect. Comfortable, clean space in prime location. Quick bike ride to all beaches, sites and town. Shawn was very responsive. Highly recommended property outfitted with everything we needed! Plan to rent it again!

What a wonderful location and home!Whether the six of us were hanging out at the huge island eating or heading to the gorgeous beaches, this house and location had it all! In spite of 2020, we were able to have the best beach vacation ever! Whether we biked, walked or rode In our car anything we wanted was just a short hop away. Shawn is a wonderful host who answered all our questions or concerns promptly. This house has everything we needed and then some. Thank you for an outstanding week!

Shawn’s house is absolutely lovely and perfectly situated, just a short walk to the beach and a short walk in the other direction to town. The house is in wonderful condition with great amenities — we clocked a lot of time in the hot tub and eating meals in the big kitchen or in the backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet, which made it a great spot to do remote work and read. Shawn himself was very friendly and communicative leading up to and during our stay. It was tough to leave this wonderful place and we hope to stay here again!

We loved staying at this condo. It has just about everything you could want, great location, very comfortable accommodations, beautiful master bedroom suite, hot tub, nicely equipped kitchen, etc. We spend several weeks in Ptown every year usually in the summer and again in the fall. We would be perfectly happy to spend every future visit at this condo.

The home was gorgeous and perfect for a weeklong getaway of six adults. 1st floor provided ample space for us to relax, socialize, and cook. There are 2 separate living areas there with beautiful comfy furniture. Kitchen appliances are high end, huge fridge and stove, and it was stocked with all the essentials (pots and pans, silverware, cups, coffee makers, etc.). Cute backyard as well, with an outside shower. There is also a full bathroom on the first level. 2nd floor has a massive master bedroom with a king bed and huge master bathroom. The tub is amazing as was the large shower. Nice little balcony off the master bedroom too. Also on the 2nd floor is the guest bedroom, which was less exciting than the other bedrooms but still had a balcony looking out front and full en suite bathroom. 3rd has essentially another master bedroom w/ king bed, connected to the outdoor but mostly covered hot tub area. The hot tub was fully functional, clean, and awesome. Warms up quickly, is serviced weekly and was easy to manage. Really nice on cooler evenings and in the morning even. Above the 3rd floor is a small deck nice to sit and relax there as well. All in all a large home with beautiful furnishings - everything you need. The only constructive feedback I have is that since it is so new I don't think they've finished setting up 2 of the TVs, but there are 3 other large TVs with cable which was plenty! Owner was quick to reply and even drove over to adjust A/C and bring us a lobster pot. We also were able to rent time at the clay tennis courts directly behind the house, which was so fun. High quality linens and towels were provided as well. Extremely comfortable beds! If having a nice bathroom is an important part of your vaca criteria then look no further than this house. Location was ideal: 5 min bike ride to the beach and 5 min bike ride into town. Nice and quiet area, absolutely divine. It was a perfect vacation.

I had the pleasure of staying at this house this past week for a work trip, and it did not disappoint! The house is even better in person than it looks in pictures (although I didn't think that was possible) and Shawn was an excellent host. He always ensured he was just a phone call away and right down the road if we needed anything, and he made check-in/check-out a breeze. The house is stocked with everything one would need from toiletries to kitchen items to linens. It was clean, extremely spacious, and beautifully designed/decorated. We liked it so much that we've already booked the house for our next trip in a month! Truly a dream house and host.
