We loved the whole weekend. The property manager was responsive. Check in was simple and they met us when we arrived. We then got to meet the owner and learn about him and chat with him for quite awhile. Great location.

Beautiful loft in a prime location. Front row seat to watch the fireworks, which was an unexpected treat. Host was wonderful. Very helpful and went out of his way to make us comfortable and share information about Quebec City.

Our stay at Royal Dalhousie was perfect! Easy communication with our hosts, the perfect location in the old city, amazing view and space. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the property before our trip ended.

This property is perfectly located, spotlessly clean, had a great view of the river and the hosts could not have been better. So easy to walk to all the popular spots in the city and so easy to drive to I’lle d’Orleans and the waterfall at Chute Montmorency. We were so happy the weather warmed up enough for us to enjoy the rooftop terrace! We highly recommend this beautiful spot!

We loved our stay here! The apartment is in a wonderful location - so easy to walk to all of the sites in the Old City. The views of the river out of the big window are so pretty. And they even put up a Christmas tree! We loved everything about the place - so clean, cozy and charming!

This is a wonderful spot to rent. The location is great. Easy walk to some super restaurants, museums and shops. The view of the St. Lawrence River us fabulous. The apartment is large. It is very clean.

A well done remodel of an old space with a few quirks. Pros: 1. Good location to access lower town part of Old Quebec. 2. Very wide open living / kitchen area 3. no noise from other units 4. adequately furnished with bath items, kitchen utensils 5. very private feel 6. TV had USA network channels available (for football games, etc.) 7. Hosts were quite nice 8. Definitely will give you an old world feel/ambiance CONS 1. Very quirky air conditioning/heating system with vents blowing air to warm things up even when we had it reduced for cooler sleeping 2. lack of door on master bath was quirky in terms of temp control in the room 3. Street noise could be an issue for light sleepers, bring your noise machines 4. very low stock of basic coffee/tea choices compared to other VRBO units 5. Lighting in the unit is not great. Think mostly lamp. 6. The plus of being old world also means the access from the street is old world, very small sidewalk and entry area, but that's not automatically bad, just be aware

This property took our breath away from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, so close to everything in Old Town. There are no words to describe the view from the upper deck. Our visit couldn’t have been better. Our hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend

We are 65+ retired attorneys who for the past 25 years, pick a city to visit. We exhausted the major U.S. cities, so this year we ventured north to visit our Canadian neighbors. Our group agreed this was among the best, if not the best experience ever. The owners could not have been more gracious, friendly, or accommodating. We arrived early (red eye from California). Our host met us at the property and welcomed us in. He showed us the rooftop deck, and then drove us to the grocery store, even lending us his reusable grocery bags. The property is just across from a park on the river. It is ideally situated in Old Quebec for easy walks to all of the best attractions, including the Funicular to upper QC. The property itself is large and open, tastefully furnished, well appointed, and comfortable. Even though a historical building, the kitchens and bathrooms have been renovated and everything worked great. Every unit has access to the rooftop deck which has a view of Levis across the river. Turn around and a spectacular view of Chateau Frontenac, particularly dramatic when illuminated at night. Do not miss the opportunity to make this your home base for exploration of the magic that is Quebec City!

We were greeted at the front door by the proprietor. He was just lovely. He showed us around the place, told us a bit about the history. The condo itself is absolute too notch. 2400 square feet, view of the St Lawrence. Comfortable furniture, beds. Well stocked kitchen (equipment wise) our family of 6 absolutely loved the place. Location is perfect. About 10 minutes walk up the hill to the Chateau Frontenac, shorter if you are better shape than me. You can see the St Lawrence and famous hotel from the roof top deck at the condo, which is also very very nice! Thank you for making such an amazing place available to us! It was truly one of the many highlights of our vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location

This is an ideal spot to rent! Close to numerous restaurants, art galleries, specialty shops, and historic sites. There is ample space and perfect for three couples or a family of 6. Beautifully furnished, full kitchen and lots of seating. Extra bonus is the top of the building deck for more unbelievable views.

My family and I had such a great stay at this condo. It was clean, modern, and the views were breathtaking. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed having a cold brew on the top Terrence. So many things to do in the area. We had so much fun exploring. Would recommend and would definitely love to stay again!

Wow!!! What a fantastic property. Great location with very large great room looking out on the St. Lawrence. My wife and I visited Quebec City for a long weekend and enjoyed the restaurants, sightseeing, hikes to gorges and waterfalls just north of the city and of course this wonderful property. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. A must stay.

This property’s listing did not do it justice, we were blown away by the beauty of this place. When you walk in you’re instantly hit with gorgeous wood floors, gigantic living area and windows that give an extensive view of the river. They were very accommodating - we ended up arriving early and were allowed to check in versus having to wait a few hours. They went out of their way to keep us informed of changing COVID rules in Quebec City at the time, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend renting from them. Properties are beautiful and hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Lovely flat overlooking the river. Large kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Living room has lots of windows to enjoy the view and plenty of space for the five of us to sit and visit. I would recommend this flat.

The building faces the river right in the heart of the lower old city. The views are breathtaking, the hosts are friendly, and the city is excellent.

The apartment is beautiful beyond what the pictures show. The view of the river was spectacular, location to shops and Winter Carnival was perfect, and the furnishings very comfortable. We loved our stay! Only suggestion when advertising that it is suitable for two couples as the one bedroom is attached to a room with two single beds and has a shared en-suite bathroom. Would be perfect for a family with children . Wonderful stay and accommodating host !
