This is such an AMAZING property! There was nothing we needed during our week stay there that wasn't already provided. It's even more amazing in person then the pictures! The house is huge - and very beautiful and clean, stocked with everything! The pool/hot tub/boats/fishing were GREAT! The owners responded instantly to any messages sent to them. I could not have asked for a better week. I can't wait to go back again as we are already planning our next trip!

We had the best time. The pool, the hot tub, the lake and the views were amazing, and probably the best kept, cleanest vacation house we have ever stayed in. We got to see the sun rise over the hills and cacti, so beautiful. The owners provided any and everything we could think of! Plenty of TP, paper towels, towels, movies, games, snacks for when we arrived, night lights, bikes and helmets, arcade games, foosball, etc.
The kitchen had every appliance and gadget you could need. The child safety feature on the door to the pool was so nice to have with our small children. We loved watching the birds, ducks and turtles on the lake. A white heron even visited from time to time. We had 3 generations all staying at the house and it was perfect, plenty of things to do together, while having plenty of space for alone time. The street is very quiet, we only saw the neighbors out walking a few times, and everyone was super friendly. Seriously 10 out of 10 (and we are a tough crowd to please :)

We chose AZ for our first family vacation and this VRBO was the perfect choice. It was myself, my husband, our three kids (12,9,5.5) and my mother-in-law who stayed for four nights. We all had plenty of options to keep us entertained and the house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and Virginia and Joe made it so easy from check in to check out.
Not sure we'll be going back to that area again but if we do, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home was perfect for a family gathering. We spent Thanksgiving with our college age kids. Kitchen super well stocked for home cooking, We enjoyed family boat and bike rides.
Games & more games... So much fun, our family fave was the pinball machines. Caught and released many fish. The view was amazing!! The house perfectly clean and very comfortable.

This property is an amazing property. From the hosts, to the amenities, to the fully stocked house on everything you can think of, to the games and movies. Kids, ages 17, 15, and 13 loved the property and my wife and I enjoyed our time together. Very close to everything. Hosts are great and actually respond. No problems and we will be back. Thank you.

We took our 7 and 8 year old daughters for spring break. This house had plenty of space and made our trip very enjoyable. The pool was heated and had a cover which allowed the kids to swim even when it was unseasonably cool. The 3D tv, massaging chairs, and pinball were also favorites. We have stayed in the area a lot over the years, it was so nice to sit in the backyard and not look at a concrete wall, the views are amazing.

We’ve stayed at many home rentals, but this one tops the list as our favorite! The owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home. We loved the fishing, paddle boats, pool, hot tub, bikes, pop-a-shot, and the pinball machines. We had easy drives to multiple Cactus League spring training games and lots of things to do in the Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Glendale entertainment districts. Highly recommend staying here - perfect for our family of four. We would definitely rent here again!

Virginia and Joe’s vacation home was the ultimate getaway! They are attentive hosts, eager to help with any questions or requests that you might have. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything from a welcome snack basket, fresh coffee, and cooking spices, to every bathroom toiletry you need. They thought of everything so you don’t have to. We had planned various activities to attend while in AZ, but you never even need to leave the house! We enjoyed playing basketball, foosball and pinball. We spent endless hours swimming in the heated pool and paddle boating in the lake. We even caught a large mouth bass while fishing right off the dock. At night we enjoyed the hot tub and huge collection of 3D movies. The nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park offered awesome hiking. We climbed Arrowhead Point and spotted the house from the summit. We made so many great memories while here. We will definitely be back to Virginia and Joe’s house again!

Beautiful place, exceeded our expectations even with all the great reviews. Quiet, awesome lake and mountain views. So many amenities for entertainment, all well maintained and functional, with clear instructions and rapid host responses for any issues. Having lots of experience with short term vacation rentals, it is a pleasant surprise to find adequate supplies of tissues, baggies, paper towels, Q tips, etc. The personalized welcome table and treat basket was a nice extra.

True and fun as advertised, helpful notes here and there, super clean, watch out for those old school pinball machines as they can be addictive, quiet neighborhood and interesting water fowl and shag carpeting, nice nice very nice

We had such a wonderful time at the property! Communication with the owners was perfect, and this property has so much to do, especially if you have kids! There's a pool, pinball machines ( my teens loved having family challenges) bikes, fishing, a hot tub, basketball games, even video games! We're already looking into going back!

Gorgeous setting - beautifully decorated.
Everything you can think of is supplied from the kitchen to the water sports, games, bicycles, helmets, life jackets, pinball, DVDs galore - Blu-ray & 3D (all in alphabetical order!), PlayStation, Hot Tub and two vibrating loungers in the master!
The owners were awesome to deal with. Immediate response to any questions and even supplied us with some extras that we asked for! The lake was such fun to toodle around.
We often stay in VRBO houses and this is - by far - the best in every way that we have ever experienced.
Although we did not have children with us - it is the perfect get-away for families with children - of any age!
Hats off to Virginia and Joe.

We had a great time. The place was nice and roomy for 3 couples. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We loved the bikes and the peddle boats. There weee many hiking trails within a10 minute drive. Our only issue was the TV didn’t want to cooperate. We had to ask for assistance a couple of times but the owners were quick to respond.

In a word...perfection!
We loved our stay at this Arrowhead Lakes property. The house was spotless and so well equipped. Communication with the hosts was prompt and very helpful. Complete with heated pool, hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, and of course the mountain view and the lake made this the ideal home for our family. You will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing Spring Break!
Can we award more than five stars? We came to sunny AZ for Spring Break with our school-age kids to visit friends and see baseball at Camelback Ranch and this place lived up to our expectations and more! Hosts have thought of literally everything and provided instructions throughout. Between the pool with pool toys, hot tub, paddles around the lake, pinball, and basketball, the kids were never bored and we never felt like we needed to go anywhere just to find something to do. When we did want to leave, easy access to highway got us anywhere in the area quickly. House was neat as a pin and kitchen very well stocked. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Husband and I thought it was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had!

Fun stay at Arrowhead Lakes
Great time. We wish the temps had been higher, but the house gave us fun respite from the cold with vintage pinball, foosball, darts and lots of media options. Great Wi-Fi as well. Beautiful hiking on the CoachWhip trail. Bring good hiking boots. Too rocky for thin sneakers. The house has everything. Love the hot tub and once the temps were high enough, the pool is perfect!

Awesome place
Very clean home with lots of amenities to make the stay that much smoother (welcome basket of goodies, personalized sign, plates, cups, utensils & other items that one expects to either buy or to only have a 'starter' amount). The owners were wonderful to work with & very quick to respond (especially to help with fishing tips!). They were even nice enough to turn the pool heat up a tad higher at our request. So many activities to keep the young & old occupied, with the pinball machine being a hit! Looking forward to our next stay here!

Perfect for our golf getaway
Amazing location. We came for waste management. We had everything we could have wanted in the house. Comfortable beds. Fun back yard. The pool and hot tub were clutch after long days of playing and/or watching golf. Perfect house for any trip. Views were great and location was perfect. House was very clean and had every amenity you could hope for. Will be trying to book the same place next year. The hosts even mailed us back a few items we forgot. So thankful.

The property is very nice and the views are amazing! It offers everything you need for amenities, and offers many types of entertainment. Took a paddle boat out; enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and loved the pinball machines!

I could write a long review detailing all the great things about this property and amenities. Let's just keep it simple by saying its pretty close to perfect. Clean, great location and full of things to do such as two pinball machines.

Christmas in PHX 2021
Great location in Glendale for our Midwestern family's Christmas in PHX 2021. Easy access to both highways and major locations; 30 mins to airport. Great property on the water with a mountain view. Our weather was cold but we enjoyed nearby hiking, the heated pool and hot tub. Our three children had fun with all the house games and game systems, especially the classic pinball machines. Amazing home away from home
We were thrilled with this home and our stay in AZ. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the lake views were divine. Despite it being chilly, we truly enjoyed all of the indoor games, and the pinball machines were a huge hit with our 5 year old. Virginia and Joe were really easy to communicate with and made their gorgeous home feel so warm and comfortable. We hope to be back!

It IS the best property ever
So relaxing and FUN! It has everything you can think of to have a great time and cook wonderful meals. We own a VRBO in another state and thought our place was perfect. This one beats ours. Hosts were so friendly, had a nice snack basket waiting for us. They even provided a GPS for our car! Neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Communication was quick and friendly. There was easy access to the interstate and 20 minutes to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe. A large grocery store and other shopping was less than a mile. There are a few extra things not listed like massage chairs in the master bedroom and a great washer and dyer. It was so fun fishing off of the deck. Our 20 yr old took advantage of the bicycles in the garage and went exploring one day. When we travel we usually go out to dine and see the sights. But this house was so comfy that we ate most meals in and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. The house is just as listed- and then some. It is a great value!!! We can't wait to go back.

Fall Break-
Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect for our family. We stayed during fall break with our 9 and 12 year old.
The home was perfectly stocked to keep us entertained and create lasting memories. The pool and outdoor space was BREATH taking. The homes location is truly in an amazingly unexpected gem. We loved the area so much that we are contemplating finding a home to snow bird at in the area.
Everything about this stay was amazing and well worth every penny. We are already planning our next trip.

When we arrived we were in awww. This property is amazing. We were there for a baseball showcase. The day after we arrived was my sons 18th birthday. I looked on my booking to see if it had anything about having people over. It did not so i asked if i could have a couple teammates over to celebrate my sons birthday.

Lakefront review
We had a great time at this property! The house was equipped with everything you would need in a 'home away from home'. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and utensil you would need. There were lots of games for all ages. The movie selection was extensive even though we didn't even view any - we were too busy playing games and chatting. The pool was great and there were all kinds of pool accessories. And the pedal boats were a lot of fun. It was clear from our stay that the owners really wanted you to have an enjoyable time ---- and we did! Many thanks!

Had everything you need. Super clean and plenty of space for the family. Kids loved the game room and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Alexa in most rooms and alarms on doors going to backyard to alert you if you’re worried about little ones around the pool.Close to grocery and convenience store. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.
