As many reviews have said, pictures do not do this property justice! Lots of space for 6 adults, well-appointed kitchen, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, great neighborhood walking distance from River Trail. Weather didn't permit use of the outdoors space but in warmer weather it would've been fabulous as well.

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful property. It was conveniently located to so many things! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Like so many others who've reviewed Frank's home, I agree that the pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room there for us, our grandkids and daughters.

The house was thoughtfully furnished and was comfortable and clean. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very gracious. We enjoyed our stay.

Frank's place worked extremely well for our group. The location was excellent and the place was comfortable and well appointed. Would stay again.

The house is huge. Very comfortable beds. We were a group comprising one couple and four singles with rooms for all. The deck was a bonus. The kitchen is very well equipped

We played hard , enjoyed cooking at the house “the stove is dated”. Great outdoor grill and deck. Lots of room in the house for Private space . Easy access to all of Bend and beyond The AC works great. We had 100 plus days . Would like to come back Again next year

Frank is an amazing host and this property is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Home is gorgeous and well appointed. Backyard and deck are amazing. AC kept us cool, and we were so comfortable. Truly an incredible find.

The house is even better than the photos! Everything was clean and ready when we arrived, access was easy and the property owner was available if needed. There were 6 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable well appointed home!

Very nice house. Very comfortable for 6 adults attending a wedding in Bend, which is a lovely town with very friendly folks. The house is better in person than the pictures. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get around. Beautiful deck. Beautifully furnished. The house was definitely better than I expected. Definitely 5 stars.

The ad actually doesn’t do this place justice. It’s a nice house with ample accommodations and is in a great location. The back deck and yard are well kept and inviting. The living space is large and the kitchen had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back.

Our family stayed here during the holiday and it was amazing, comfortable, spacious, and clean - it really felt like home for the holidays. Will definitely be back!

We had a reunion of women who went to college together. This home was perfect! We had comfortable space to sit and talk - the deck area in back, the family room, kitchen table, the front room, and dining room! Bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were good sized and all very clean. The location was perfect for the Mill Area, downtown, and the road to Sisters. We hope to return in the next year or two!

This place feels like home.

Overall a great rental home. Beds are comfortable (1 bed squeaks every time you turn over or even sit on it). Nice towels. Good location. Very nice to be able to park in the garage, but very inconvenient to not be provided with a remote control for the garage door opener. Listing should note that network TV is not provided, only 1 local channel, or You Tube TV.

We were 9 people, an intergenerational group and found the house to be comfortable and convenient. There is plenty of common space for folks to hang out together or separately. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked dinner at home and found we had everything we needed in terms of cook/prep ware. The deck was especially wonderful. Even though we were there during a heat wave, the roll out awning helped keep the deck area cool. The one thing I would say is that the third full bathroom is on the first floor next to the 5th and smallest bedroom (really a den with French doors) and both are close to the front and garage doors. The rest of the beds/baths are on the 2nd floor. We figured this out but I would have liked knowing that beforehand. The house is also super close to downtown Bend and walkable to a walking/biking path that gets you to the river’s edge in about 2.5 miles and has great views. I’d highly recommend this house for families with kids. For a large group of adults, I’d say just know there are three very different bathrooms.

We had 8 adults (us, our 3 kids & their spouses) for this trip. There were 5 bedrooms so we could all spread out. Beware one bed is pretty squeaky so no one wanted that one! Beautiful deck with a grill. Garage was available to store bikes & tubes. Crater Lake was an easy drive for one day of hiking We hiked, some biked, shopped & floated the river while there. Good food & beer. Great time by all. We'd certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The home was in a great location, clean, well stocked and perfect for our needs. Plenty space for us all, easy parking and the back yard was just beautiful!!

The house was clean and accommodating to all of our needs. Being a VRBO user for my own properties, the owner made the experience as easy as possible. Can’t wait to come back!!

We rented this house for a girls trip (aunts and cousins) and it was the perfect choice. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, towels, seating areas large enough for a group, etc. The furniture, decor, and backyard are all much nicer than they look in the pictures. There is lots of dinnerware, and extras that are usually missing from a rental but make such a difference: cute little bowls for snacks, nice glasses, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice for an early morning walk. Stores, restaurants, etc. are a short drive. away. If this place is available for your dates, book it quickly! I'd love to return.

Wonderful stay. We had plenty of room for our family and extended family. Exceptionally clean. Great, quiet neighborhood. Quiet but close to all of our favorite Bend spots. LOVE the deck- we could have lived there. Overall just fantastic

The pictures posted do not do this house justice. The house was much bigger than we had anticipated from the pictures. Our family fit comfortably and had a wonderful time.

Unfortunately, we tested positive for COVID upon arriving and had to leave the next day (the rest of our family was able to stay, though). It was beautiful and convenient to other family members, IF we had been able to stay! Just one suggestion: Kleenex would have been nice!
