Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, private back yard and fun pool.

We stayed here with the entire family of 8, to visit other family in the area. Perfect vacation home. The pool and patio were excellent to keep the kids entertained. The house is very well equipped. It has many of the supplies you would have in your own home. 10/10 would stay again.

Property was clean, very modern, looked exactly like the pictures online. Quiet neighborhood. Near all shops and grocery stores . Would stay there again!!!!!

This is such a cute house, very clean and very nicely decorated! The backyard facing the golf course is a lovely place to spend the mornings and evenings! Can't say enough good things!

Really enjoyed our stay! Large covered patio, totally fenced in pool, and baby gear to borrow was incredible.

We booked this place to surprise my brother for his birthday. We had family from PA and CO. The place was on a quiet street with a golf course behind. Outdoor pool/dining was awesome, we spent most of the time!

This home was perfect for being close to ASU campus and exploring Tempe and Phoenix.

The property is accurately reflected in the online description and pictures. The Hosts were helpful and extremely responsive. We were provided great directions and all needed information. The house is well maintained, very comfortable and the entire property very user-friendly. The kitchen was stocked with everything anyone needs for any length of stay. We are cooks and it was wonderful to have decent cookware and utensils provided to meet all our needs. Although some other properties had construction going on the neighborhood would otherwise be very quiet day and night. The back yard borders a golf course, and the pool and covered patio provided an excellent outdoor space that we greatly enjoyed. Highly recommend for parties of 4 or more and we will definitely try to reserve again when returning to the Phoenix area.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The home is a perfect vacation rental. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet! Great communication with the owner, and they have thought of everything to make this a relaxing home rental experience. My kids (6 and 11) loved the pool, and all of us enjoyed dining outside on the spacious covered patio. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, even walking back from the park after sunset. This location is awesome as well! The Kiwanis park across the street was perfect evening entertainment for the kids, and they always had other kids to play with. Tempe Pickleball courts are about 3 miles away. It is close to South Mountain Park, and I highly recommend the McCormick Stillman Railroad park in Scottsdale. Papago state park and McDowell Sonoran Desert preserve is great for hikes. It is also a short trip to and from the airport. There are great restaurants in the area, and I recommend walking to The Whole Scoop for ice cream. This is a great vacation home, and we appreciated being able to use it for our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was the perfect location to do all the sightseeing and hiking. The outdoor space was very nice with a pool and a covered patio that we enjoyed having breakfast on.

Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood, great size and amenities, beautifully updated inside and out. Property managers were wonderful and answered a question we had right away. The pool is so fun - we literally spent hours in it.

I have zero complaints. Check in and communication was very easy. The house was perfect. Spacious, clean, and above and beyond as far as amenities. I’d recommend stopping there before doing your grocery shopping as a lot is already on hand (paper towels, tp, etc.). The location is great, close to everything but still tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice and spacious patio and the pool made for some great breaks.

The house provided everything we needed for a short stay for a family wedding. The pool and covered patio were used a lot. The hosts responded quickly when an issue came up and followed through to make sure our stay was great. The location was convenient for eating out and the kitchen was well stocked for dining in. Would definitely stay here again.
