Beautiful well kept property. Kitchen and bathrooms clean, upgrades were amazing, will definitely stay at this property again, our family loved it💕 host was great communicator, so happy with our stay.

Overall me and my group had a great stay at this property! The place came well equipped and clean. The decor and style of this house is amazing and we enjoyed all the quirks. My only issue was with the huge piles of garbage outside in the driveway when we first arrived, but from what I understand we were in between trash days so it could have been that there was another big party that stayed there before us and just left it out. Other than that, the house was tidy and we all enjoyed our stay!

Great space for a group of 5-8 adults, more if guests don’t mind couches. Modern conveniences, well appointed and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

The view was amazing and just what my family needed for our trip to Annapolis Maryland. Steve and his wife were great hosts- easily accessible- quick responses and willing to go above and beyond to help make us comfortable. I hope to go back soon!

The outdoors could use some tlc, there was a lot of fall leaves that were not cleaned up on the upper balcony and in the car port and overgrowth in the lot next door caused a lot of mosquitos and bugs. The wildlife was amazing. The home was lovely.

The accommodations worked out well for 4 couples (two with toddlers). It's a very nice location, walkable to a small beach, close enough to Giant and < 20 minutes from Annapolis.

We had a wonderful stay for Commissioning week in Annapolis- the location could not be beat and the outdoor dining and grill area was perfect for our family dinners! The master bedroom and bathroom was absolutely stunning and the sunrise views were gorgeous!

This rental was a good place for our 5 family members. Lots of bedrooms and a great kitchen and view. Owners were great at answering any questions we had and even helped with offering sightseeing info. A few minor things could be fixed in the house to make it even better. Stairway lighting to downstairs room wasn’t working so made it difficult at night. A solar light over the house number would be helpful for guests arriving in the dark. The egg shaped swings on the covered decks were a big hit with everyone. Nice to swing, relax and look out at the bay. A few kitchen necessities (measuring cups/spoons) would be helpful too. Overall a very nice place for large groups who need separate bedrooms.

This property is lovely, nestled in the Oyster Harbor neighborhood of Arundel on the Bay. Beautiful floors along with ample space for families and most every amenity. The casual outdoor setting lent itself to to various activities. I especially loved the second floor balcony with swinging basket chair, it served very well as the perfect place to commune with nature while enjoying the views.

We fully enjoyed our stay. It was a joy to wake up to the water view each day. The quietness of the neighborhood and the friendly neighbors made us feel at home. The place easily accommodated our family, giving us each our own space .

Really enjoyed our stay! Lovely house and great view of the water. I do wish that the master bedroom had blackout curtains to keep me from waking up early from the East facing window, but the room and view was worth the lost sleep! My kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching TV and playing in the common area. We all loved the hot tub! Would recommend.

The house is fun, the neighborhood is great, the location is wonderful, the hot tub is terrific - our family had a delightful Thanksgiving week here. We’d love to return!

This unique property is like an amazing treehouse with gorgeous water views! Being there in fall with the changing colors meant we had a special view from every windows! Cozy, relaxing home and great host!

I’d love to have couches like those in my own home. Pictures online are very accurate. The master is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. There were even seasonings/spices. Downsides -The water doesn’t get very hot (which is possibly a safety thing), but while the master bath tub is lovely for soaking I got cold pretty fast. -The FIOS coming into the house was very fast, but there was something wrong with the router - several people had to telework. The owners/managers were very responsive, but someone in our group happened to have access to a router. Once we hooked up our own router, it was great. (They said they were going to fix the house’s router). -We wished we had brought our own towels. There were exactly enough towels in the bathrooms for the 8 of us. So no separate towel for drying your hair. Also there were not enough “pool” towels for each of us for the hot tub. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would rent this again.
