Place needs a huge face-lift. It’s showing it's age.

It was convenient to my second job. I needed to take a shower and change clothes cause I just got off my first job, which is in Ellicott City, and my second job is off of Columbia Gateway. When I got off work from my second job, I ended up staying the night since I paid for the room.The room was really nice comfortable bed.

Staff was ok. No one at the desk to greet you when I entered the facility, but they had a big monitor letting you know you're being recorded. Didn't have a bell or anything to get attendant, so I yelled HELLO.... a few times. Then someone came out. Other than that, it was ok.

Location was very convenient for my needed necessary travels

cheap, god location, comfy bed

noisy air conditioning, no bottles of water provided, little shampoo and soap provided, no breakfast provided, room seemed old and tired
