Staff very disorganised, inexperienced, surly at times. Frequent wrong or incomplete meal orders. Tables in restaurant often missing items of cutlery, crockery or napkins. Slow to be cleared from previous diners. Limited outside seating. Expected items broken or missing from bedrooms. Sun beds worn and grubby, ‘booked’ from 6am so sometimes none available. Extreme noise from machinery adjacent to property. No beach when tide was high. Lack of information about daily events.

Fantastic small hotel. We love how quiet and relaxed it is.

service can sometimes be a little bit slow at the bar. There's only one bar here because hotels so small and sometimes if bar was busy we waited a long time. This is not a major issue at all but is something we noticed.

The property was beautiful and clean .love the water sports.

The hotel, the restaurant the rooms the staff are all very tired. its dirty and due a refurb, thank god we only booked one night so we could move to a better hotel.

Location was good, nice garden and pool. Staff were friendly and we were able to access early and have a room to change in on the last day. The food was good and it felt small and intimate.

It did seem very expensive. The showers were low pressure and ran out of water. There were no sockets or charge points near the bed.

Great location on the west coast, with sun-loungers on the beach, and easy walking access south and north along the stunning west coast beaches. Water taxi service between partner hotels in the Elegant Hotels Group along the west coast offers great views along the west coast. Friendly and relaxed hotel staff.

Gym was quite basic and the swimming pool is relatively small.

Breakfast was good. Could have had more variety in the fruit.

Wait staff seemed a bit disorganized and delivery was slow.

we liked it was a small hotel, the consistency of the excellent food was superb. The staff are very attentive and got to know you by name, and do try and make your stay as perfect as possible. I hope the hotel does not change

Small things if you look hard enough you will find faults, a small niggle is the menus can be repetitive especially for lunch( although good standard of food)

when I booked this wasn’t an all inclusive hotel….I wouldn’t have booked otherwise. the public areas of the hotel are too small for all the guests to be around all day.

The hotel is very pleasant, nice and small, without kids so very relaxing and romantic. Located right on the beach with water activities next door at a sister hotel. Staff in general were very friendly, food was excellent and overall a lovely place to stay.

The hotel room was not ready at the stated check in time and we were asked to wait - no problem. However, the member of staff that informed us of that then left for the day and we were left waiting. After two hours I enquired as to what was going on only to be told the plunge pool was not going to be ready that day!! I had only booked ONE night for my girlfriend's 50th Birthday, I had planned and booked one of the two rooms with a plunge pool over nine months in advance and it wasn't going to be ready for sunset on my girlfriend's 50th Birthday!!! communication and subsequent service specific to this problem was really poor, partial attempts were made to provide an extended check out the following day but the day and moment had been ruined.

Very few loungers around the pool and people kept putting towels on them in advance of Using fhem there were no loungers set up on the beach so you had to ask for them whereas one of the sister resorts had plenty of loungers set up all the time

The Ocean view room was exceptional yards away from the Ocean and very comfortable and clean We liked the fully inclusive, however the vegetarian choice didn't suit my wife but the staff were accommodating in that they made her somethhing to suit her which was commendable

Great location by the beach

Pool was closed. Alas despite all our U.K. and Barbados swabs being negative, Barbados track and trace stated someone on plane was positive so had to curtail our trip. Not the hotels fault but they refuse any form of voucher or recompense whatsoever. A pity. Won’t be coming back here.

Pool was closed for maintenance. Due to an airline Covid contact on plane and despite us being Covid negative, Barbados track and trace asked us to stay confined to our rooms for 5 days. Travellers beware. The hotel refuses to reimburse us or consider vouchers. Lovely day-trip to Barbados!

At a room rate of 1000US$ a night one should expect service level, food and facilities of a 5star hotel. Treasure Beach is max 3star. Don’t waste your money to book at this hotel. Shame on Booking.com to have this property on their list!

The location is superb with a beautiful beach, rooms are lovely and chefs very good. Great breakfast. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere with lovely extras like daily cocktails and ice cream. All in all it was wonderful

Sometimes the service was a bit slow but it hardly mattered. NYE was a bit odd with a not v good DJ
