Great location, lovely breakfast of either pastries or ham and cheese. Giovanni was incredibly nice and helpful to us throughout our stay. Sugggested a lovely island boat trip that we took and thoroughly enjoyed. Free parking very close to property. Beautiful views from room

The location is great and we were glad we used their private parking. Everything was perfectly fine and Giovanni is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met.

Had an elevator for luggage and small children. The breakfast was good. The location and sea view from the room was great. The tv offered many channels and some English ones. The host was kind, and the owner of the restaurant nearby was friendly.

There were ants. The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower had very low water pressure and there was hair in the shower. The parking was a little way from the apartment.

The host courtesy and availability were exceptional and he went off his way to accomodate us in the best possible way. The apartment sits in a very busy street but the room windows are soundproof! Great stuff! Facilities were good and everything was clean. Breakfast, consumed at the wine bar downstairs (owned by the host), was excellent and exhaustive. Incredibly located to stroll to the city center, take the ferries or the egadi tour boats. Paid Parking (0,80 euros and hour from 8-13/15-24) right outside or free parking at 1km far. The host was willing to help for this too.

There were no complementary coffee machine or cups in the room. There was only a water boiler. There was no TV initially too and we weren't given any wifi (i didn't bother to ask for it too). The room is accessible through a main common door which you share with other guests. The room key can open both doors. Not a concern in my opinion but some people may not like it.
