Unit is well equipped with comfortable beds, lots of towels and kitchen supplies and quiet location on the bay side. Appliances are older but functional, small TV but streaming services only, so know all your login passwords if you want to watch. Drop leaf dining table with folding chairs is awkward but works for casual meals. Property manager is very responsive to messages.

Nice property. Very clean and nice full kitchen. We had underestimated how far it was (2miles) from town and we did not have a car or bikes. The TV never worked although host tried to resolve this. Unfortunately we are avid sports fans and Sunday am news junkies so very disappointed in not seeing them on tv. Also, air conditioning is only in the living room/kitchen, fortunately it wasn’t too hot at night and we set a fan in the hallway and used the ceiling fans.

The entire extended family meets every year and this year we extended because of Perry’s beautiful home. It certainly did not disappoint! We had lazy breakfasts at the folding table ,cocktails on the deck under the lights and a short walk to the beach with an amazing view ,definitely staying in my favorites board!

We were attending a family wedding, held at a nearby hotel venue. The location was perfect for us, but it's not my favorite part of the cape... I prefer the Wellfleet marshes or a woodsy setting. But for a short stay, this was fine. The bedrooms were comfortable; great shower; well equipped kitchen and comfy, clean couch.

It was exactly as advertised, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay great. Awesome location, right by the beach, and very comfortable for the 4 of us staying there. Highly recommend this over some of the motels in the area!

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at this property. Perry is wonderful. Having stayed at other privately owned venues in the past, this one stands out above others in comfort & cleanliness. Highly recommend & we look forward to our next visit again someday.

Very nice oceanside neighborhood, just a few minutes from the heart of Provincetown. Perry left good good notes and was easy to reach if we needed.

Perry’s property is absolutely beautiful with some updates that really made the week so enjoyable! He was pleasant to communicate with and always quick to respond! The Cape is truly my home away from home and Perry’s home and excellent communication made it a stress free and amazing week!

The property looked just as it is represented on the site. The place had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach as well as into town. Perry was attentive but never intrusive. He was so good to work with. I would certainly stay again.

My friend and I stayed at Perry's place for two whole weeks. It is just as pictured and everything worked great. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with utensils, etc. It's a short walk to the beach and about 2.5 miles to downtown. Everything was very convenient. Perry is also super nice and very communicative. 100% would stay again. Maybe next summer! :)

This property was amazing - a perfect distance from the beach and the town. Well-finished and decorated, loved the drink coasters, and overall a great place to spend time with friends.

The accomodations were perfect - the place was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The host was very mindfull of all the details to make the stay enjoyable. The only thing missing was the ability to view the water/beach from the porch.

Perry’s condo is clean, very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen essentials. It’s spacious enough for my wife and I and our 2 teenagers. The rainforest shower option was nice and water pressure is really good. Walking access to the beach was key, especially since we had amazing weather the 2 weeks we were there. We also really liked having a deck space to sit out on. Perry is very responsive and communicative. We thought the condo was in the front building so it was a little disappointing to find out it’s the next row, but that actually ended up being quieter. It is a bit of a distance to get into town, but walkable or bikeable. We did not use the bus, but it’s also an option. Also, there are 2 parking spaces at the condo which is amazing for Ptown. The AC is a unit in the living room which mostly cools the condo when used with the ceiling fans. The first bedroom can get a bit warm. There was some unexpected maintenance being done the 2nd week we were there which was a drag, but the workers were respectful. Just more noise than we would have liked away on vacation. This was out of Perry’s control. Overall an amazing 2 weeks and we’re already planning our return trip for next year.

This property is really nicely decorated, has everything you need for a great vacation! Close to beach and close drive to shops and restaurants.

Downstairs unit in house. It was clean and offered just enough room for 4 adults. Short walk to bay beach. It is about a 5 minute drive to downtown. Try to park on the street in Provincetown to avoid parking fees. Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach about a 10 minute drive away. Nice bike trail from town to the beaches. Watched the Italy v Belgium soccer game at the Squealing Pig Bar, great atmosphere. Perry, the host of the property, responds immediately to any issues and makes you feel welcome.

We enjoyed our stay at Perry's lovely condo or apartment. Everything worked perfectly and we didn't have any issue at all. Location is good, very close to beach, and walking to town is a good exercise every day and we did that.

The property was clean, conveniently located to Ptown and met all of our needs. .We were very close to the beach. Perry, the owner, was very responsive. I would definitely choose this property again on our bext trip

Great beach vacation property. Equipped with everything you might need. Love the condo and the beautiful beach which is just a short scenic walk away. The owner is wonderful, extremely helpful, and responsive. Very dog friendly. My dog loved it too. We all had the best time.

The owner was great with communication and texted me a few times to see if I needed anything. The condo is bright and sunny and well equipped for a 2 week off season stay. Two big bedrooms with comfy beds, so my guests were comfortable as well. It is about a mile from downtown almost on the Truro line. I liked the location as we could zip into town and the big beaches, but it was quiet. The dog friendly bay beach is a few steps away which was great for sunsets every evening. Full size washer and dryer which was handy for a long stay.

Great communication with the host. Friendly and attentive. Place is very clean, well stocked kitchen with new pots and pans and with a lot cleaning supplies.
