This was a perfect spot for the 5 of us. We wanted to stay close to north beach and many of the restaurants. We loved the number of bathrooms and bedrooms for us to spread out. The restaurants were within steps (highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant accross the street) The roof top pool and lounge area was also a bonus. We would love to come back!

The location of this property is wonderful. Restaurants and shops all in walking distance and only one block from cento beach. Very safe, secure and clean. We could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We booked a week stay at Casa Misy for December 2020. Given the state of the World at the time, we felt cancelling our trip was the best thing for our family. Reginald was very accommodating and allowed us to book our time in 2021 without penalties. The house was plenty large for our group of 2 adults and 3 children. We spread out comfortably in the bedrooms and appreciated having private bathrooms in the bedrooms. We didn't end up needing the kitchen, but it was well-stocked with everything one would need to prepare and enjoy private meals. The kids swam in the rooftop pool everyday while the adults relaxed in the loungers. We also found the location extremely convenient to the local restaurants and playa norte. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We had an amazing week. Some of our favorites were lounging on the beach cushions and eating lunch at Guru, eating breakfast at Lola Valentina and Rooster, eating dinner at Brisa Mexicana and Mamma Rosa, and eating gelato daily at Gelateria Monte Bianco. Highly Recommend!

Great time at Casa Misy, we’ve been to Isla many times, and we really appreciated the central location and the private pool on the roof. You can see the water on both sides of the island from up there! Great for stargazing as well. The centralized downtown location made eating and drinking and beaching convenient as well! We’ll be back!

We were traveling as a family of 6. We needed a place where we could stretch out a little and just relax. The house was perfect! The roof top pool a bonus! We were able to fix our own food and relax in comfort during our time.

Great spot right in the middle of the action. Rooftop pool is perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the beach. AC is super cold and each room has its own thermostat which is really nice. Great place to stay, highly recommend!

Property location is ideal, and the owner is accommodating. A property manager met us, and she was welcoming and kind. Only downsides to the property were things like damaged lampshades and dated CFL bulbs and worn out and limited (2) tiny kitchen towels - - but those are the details to adjust expectations. My family and I absolutely loved our stay here and would and hopefully will stay again. Great owner and great property. I state those points bc I think the owner could correct a few items and actually charge more. We’ll be back, I hope!

This Condo is in the heart of downtown and was such a convenient location to come back to everyday. Place is steps away from all the restaurants and such a short walk to the beach. The pool on the rooftop was surprisingly deep and was a great place to cool off when taking a break from the beach. AC worked really well, got very cold at night. Enjoyed people watching and looking out over the streets/island from the Balcony and Rooftop. We had absolutely no issues with noise whatsoever when going to sleep. Overall our group enjoyed our stay.

We rented the penthouse in May 2021 for 9 nights. It easily accommodated the six of us. Two couples in the downstairs main floor with our own private bathrooms and king beds and the two upstairs rooms share a bathroom. That was good for my 21 year old and his friend. The “penthouse “ is the 3rd, (main area with kitchen), 4th floor upstairs and the 5th floor is the rooftop deck and pool. The first and second floors are other rental units. It’s a lot of stairs if you have bad knees. The kitchen worked for a few simple fill in meals. The kids 26,23,22. & 21 really enjoyed being in the heart of everything. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Outside our front door is the market, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes walk. Recommend renting a golf cart for your stay if you are active and like to explore. We paid $55 day for the cart all gas included. Cabs from one end of the island to the other was only $6. The Ferry was $11 per person each way and takes 20 minutes and runs every half hour to the island and every hour coming back. The living room leaves a lot to be desired in the way of comfort and that is the only TV with a ROKU. Don’t bother trying to stream anything the WiFi is very weak and spotty. Beach towels and a cooler are provided also 5 gallon jugs of filtered water. It was great being able to do laundry. We loved our stay and the place was clean and we had housekeeping come mid stay to clean at no additional expense. The staff overseeing our stay were very responsive and nice. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms to store valuables. The downstairs is gated with a code and the door is also a code to enter so no worries about keys. If it were just my Fiancé and I we would have probably stayed in the south where it’s quieter and less hustle and bustle but this was a family gathering and this place fit the bill. We got the Covid tests for $42 from a portable truck by the beach. Hotels are charging $60 and then when we got to the airport they had them there for about $20. Overall we loved Isla Mujeres. You have to try restaurant Limon. The grilled octopus was one of the best dishes I have ever had and I don’t usually eat Octopus. Bring cash and exchange for pesos. Some places only take cash and give less than the exchange rate. You have to show passport at the bank to exchange money. FYI.

We have stayed in the first floor unit before and love it. The top unit is amazing. Great views with a wonderful breeze from the roof top pool. Easy access to restaurants grocery shopping and beaches. Would definitely stay again.

I've been staying at Casa Missy for 10 years and have loved everything about each and every visit. This was my second stay at the penthouse and it was absolutely perfect again. The home is spacious and well appointed, perfectly clean and comfortable. The owner is wonderfully responsive to communications, and his property manager Miriam was there to meet us on arrival to provide us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. This visit was especially appreciated during Covid. With a fully equipped kitchen, rooftop pool and patio, and a fantastic "people watching" balcony, we could have stayed safe at home the whole time if we chose. Isla is doing an excellent job keeping everyone safe with masking and distancing requirements, hand sanitizer widely available, and temperature checks in most restaurants and grocery stores. This was a much needed get away, and I could not be more appreciative of the safety measures in place that made our time on Isla completely stress free and enjoyable. I can't wait to go back!

We were 6 people and there was plenty of room. The roof pool was wonderful for morning and evening swims and sunsets. The area is lively but It calms down around 12:00am and the beds are comfortable so we all got good sleeps.

Reginald's apartment is perfect for us. The apartment is in a perfect location, one block from the beach, and has everything you need. The pool on the roof is perfect for the two grand-kids to swim, and for watching the evening sunset. We are regulars and can't wait for next year!

Super close to Hildago and Playa Norte. Everything was as described, nice rooftop area, drinking water provided. Can’t wait to stay again. This place was perfect for our group of 8!

Kitchen well stocked with kitchenware. One guest saw a rat in the laundry room and another suspects bed bugs in an upstairs bedroom.

We loved the location. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants. One review said it was noisy, but when you’re in the middle of everything like that it’s great to see everything going on below from the balcony. It did not prevent us from sleeping. Roof top terrace with pool was a nice extra feature. My only suggestion would be to have some furniture for watching TV that is a little more comfortable.

Fantastic property with an amazing private rooftop pool, in the heart of everything. 3 min. walk to the beach and the best restaurants in Isla Mujeres right outside your door. Plenty of space for a group with the 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom layout between two floors. The pictures do not do it justice. Can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent experience from check-in to check out! Home has plenty of room for multiple guests. Balcony and rooftop pool area are great places to relax. My friends and I stay at this property every year during our annual trip to Isla. The place is extremely well located, very clean, authentically decorated, affordable, and just overall wonderful. The pool is perfect for cooling off and the rooftop patio is fantastic for relaxing with a beer or enjoying coffee in the morning looking at the 360 degree ocean views. We already miss it and cant wait to get back next year!!!

Great place, location near everything. We would definitely stay again. The apartment had everything we would possibly need and communication with the property was excellent.

Isla Mujeres has many sides: there is the quiet, nature side and then the little Mexican beach town side. There are resorts and then there are hole-in-the-wall hotels. And then of course there are rental properties. If you are looking for a Mexican beach town vibe that puts you right in the center of it , especially if you have a family, this property is perfect. There was me, my wife and three daughters: ages 18, 16 and 12. We rented a golf cart, and loaded it up daily for trips to the beach: we frequented the Playa Norte, but also took trips to the south side of the island to the little Garrafon park where the snorkeling was a lot of fun. We also went on a chartered snorkeling trip (Casa del Buceo) and made a point of hitting a different Yelp-rated restaurant every day (bring cash). This two-story condo with its own private pool was a wonderful respite each day. We had snacks, most breakfasts and much-needed downtime. I would highly recommend this property: it is perfectly put-together for the Isla Mujeres beach town vibe. The views from the roof are lovely and a great place to either start or end your day. The noise from the street was minimal. However, we did visit in August, which I believe is the off-season. Even so, I can’t imagine the noise being an issue any time of year; at least not anymore so then any bustling beach town in the United States. Overall A superb experience, beginning to end. Communication and logistics were a breeze. Location is ideal. And if you resonate with anything I’ve written so far, then most likely anything you might be worrying about is actually of little consequence once you get to this place. At least that was my experience, and I like to prepare for most contingencies when traveling with my family.

Loved staying here! Went for a girls trip and it was perfect. Miriam was wonderful and kind. There was a maintenance issue that they fixed the same day. It had everything we needed. AC was cold, and they provided jugs of filtered water for drinking which was a major convenience. The noise others talked about didn’t bother us, to be honest. Location was perfect. So happy!

4 bedroom house was exceptional plenty of room for family of 6 with no problems everything u can need is only 2 or 3 minute walk away .......beach is 5 minute walk with multiple restautants, like walking out the front door would highly recommend tbis gouse the view on the roof top was very pretty. Casa Missy is the place to stay! I have been in three of the four units, and love it more every year! Having the third floor unit with the rooftop pool is the best! Enjoyed the pool everyday! Reginald, the owner, is always available, and always gracious! Hope to return for many more years! Gracias!!!!!

Apartment was clean and extremely walkable to everything. Air conditioning in every room was very nice. They also provided beach towels and ear plugs as it gets a little loud at night being in the center of everything. 5 of us stayed for 5 days and we needed to request more toilet paper, trash bags, and a broom. I would suggest having a small stash on hand for the next guests so they don't need to reach out. Overall, excellent value!
