1. The staff were very polite, and the bellboy kindly checked our room for any smoke smell as soon as we arrived. 2. Mr. Tum at the lobby was helpful, arranging transportation for us, including a car to the airport. 3. The hotel is conveniently located next to a McDonald's, Starbucks, supermarket, and an affordable massage parlor.

Although all the rooms are non-smoking, both the room and hallway had a noticeable smoke smell. It would be great if this could be improved.

The room which was a suite was amazing

The night club was really loud and we could hear it in our suite on the 6th floor until 3am so had to move rooms in the end.

One female staff at the main wing was incompetent on the phone call at noon of 18th August, trying to rush through conversation as well as showing a lack of service mind. It was a nightmare communicating with her. Seriously she needs a proper training. The rest of the staff team was pleasant.

Utrolig flotte rom på rundt 60kvadratmeter. Beliggenheten passer til alle plasser du skal til i Bangkok. Det er fantastiske shopingsmuligheter i nærheten. Snublet tilfeldig over noen billige Michelin resturanger. Og kinoen i nærheten anbefales. De var svømmebasseng på taket, noe vi først fant ut når vi booket inn. Svært trygt og fint område, vennligheten selv fra de lokale. Helle oppholdet var som en drøm. Få deg appen Grab og nyt livet. Anbefales på det varmeste💕👍
