Called and was told rooms would be together. Got there, and were on different floors!! The chap at reception did his best, moved us and we were down different ends of the same corridor. He improved things by his attitude. It was a special birthday celebration. We liked all the staff (apart from who didnt do it right), so friendly, loved the breakfasts, the rooms, big tv, beds. the location was fab. We all said we'll be coming back here!

Our promised instruction not being fulfilled. I phoned specifically to double check a few days before. It didnt make a great start and I felt let down.

There was mould in both rooms. There was no mini fridge in one room. The twin room beds were too soft so not a very good nights sleep.

Very welcoming pleasant receptionist and helpful staff. My daughter and I had a twin room - 615 - which was very quiet. Room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed, certainly for a one-night stay. Good location, easy to find from Holborn Underground station. For London, the price we paid - including extremely good breakfast - was excellent value for money.

Well located, friendly and helpful staff, great choice at breakfast. Room clean and quite spacious.

The tea/coffee/biscuits options in the room were okay but a more premium brand of instant coffee would be preferable.
