I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip with 4 colleagues, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were informed by the reception that they had only 4 rooms available for our group of 5. This was completely unacceptable, as we had made our reservation well in advance, and there was no prior communication from the hotel or Booking.com to alert us of this issue. As a result, I had no choice but to sleep on the floor, as I was unwilling to share a room with one of my colleagues. For a rate of $200 USD per night, this is absolutely ridiculous. I expected far better service, especially considering the price we were paying. This lack of proper communication and consideration for guests' needs is incredibly disappointing, and I will be reconsidering my future bookings at this hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better planning and communication for future guests.

The hotel was clean, and the staff, particularly Modhi at the reception desk, were friendly and professional.

الراحه وسرعه الاستجابه للمكالمات، ايضا بشاشه الموظفين خصوصا كنت اجهز ل زواجي وكان كل شي متوفر ورائع
