Location
Bathroom and washing products very poor. Had to pay for pool towels as couldn’t bring down those in room.
Breakfast very average.

אין שמפו במקלחת, המקלחת קצת קלסטרופובית. אין מגבות לבריכה - רק בתשלום. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה אבל אין מספיק מגוון של גבינות.
הבריכה לא גדולה וכשהמלון מלא היא מפוצצת אנשים

We took all inclusive package which was very cheap compared to other hotels. The hotel has everything you need for a nice vacation. The food was solid
The hotel is generaly renovated, so there are some traces of old architecture (bad elevators, not good space usage in the room)

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Best quality for this price! Very clean, comfortable rooms, nice pool and pool bar. Nice, always smile and very helpful staff! Good and fresh food. good localistation! Highly recommended :)

We had a really great holiday here! The staff was very helpful, kind and the selection of the bar and the restaurant was perfect. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I hope I will have the opportunity to return here. They even paid attention to my family member's birthday and they were also taking care of our wedding dinner :) I am glad about I have chosen this hotel for me and my family.
The nearest beach is crowded and not sandy - but this is not the responsibility of the hotel.

The staff is very helpful, they handled every request perfectly. The food was tasty and they had wide selection. Everything was over my expectation.
The nearest beach is not sandy.

It was a good choice. Good meals, kind staff.
The cleaning ladies do not change the towels. Once we put them on the floor, they put them back. Be aware of this!
Nearby beach is a disaster. Go to some other, there are plenty of them nearby.

The hotel was close to the beach and city center. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was good. We enjoyed our holidays. It was still very warm in the middle of september

Location - perfect: close to everything (town center AND beach) yet quiet.
Pool is very nice, contrary to the reviews here. There is even a round waterfall pole in one of the kids' pools, which is a nice attraction for them. More shade will make the pool perfect.
Family room was comfortable and spacious, and for us (parents, 5, 3 and 1.5 year old) was very comfortable, together with the large balcony and large bathroom.
Staff was mostly helpul and kind, with the occasioanl exception of unwarranted impatience
The favorable reviewes of the food are an absolute mistery - the food is reasonable at best, mostly bland and skimpy, and at times synthetic and terrible. We actually skipped 3 of our four last meals.
Elevator situation is a bad joke. Annoying with a stroller, nearly impossible for people with mobility issues (unless aging in front of the too-quick-to-close elevator doors is your idea of a vacation).
Terrible mattresses. Strangley, the only mattress which was relatively comfortable was the cot mattress

Staff were quite rude and very unhelpful (other than 1 team member at night). The aircon didn’t work in our property and the staff during the day wouldn’t do anything about it

Breckfast nice ,good quality, staff helpfull, clean, nice location.
The swimming pool is very small and for children, the air conditioners do not work at breakfast and it gets hot as it is. sauna and activities are paid.

Good location,close to all restaurants and cafes.Walking distance to Paradise beach.
Clean Hotel,very friendly stuff.Visited with husband and 2 kids.Felt very Comfortable.Will visit again next summer☺👍
