Excellent customer service. Our flight into Cairns was delayed and they had us all sorted for getting into our apartment seamlessly, even though it was almost midnight. We had a cruise to the Great Barrier Reef booked on the day we checked out and they kindly stored all our luggage so we wouldn’t have to leave it in the car all day. Beds were comfy, extra blankets provided. Lots of space for our family of four. Great location with secured parking available.

Enough room for a family

Well, where to start... Smell in the apartment, could be from curtains or aircon, not sure. Apartment facing the bus stop, you have the sound of idle diesel every time the bus stops there. There's a washing machine but no dryer, there is a dishwasher that isn't working, the mattresses are so stiff so you can feel the springs. Some little ants are making beeline in the bathroom...

If you needed to be really close to the hospital then this would be a good place to stay.

It was difficult to get into the apartment we’d booked. After several phone calls, we eventually got hold of the property manager who said we should have had an email…. We hadn’t received the email. Anyway, someone staying at the apartments was able to help us in the end. The units are very close to the Cairns ernergency department and it was incredibly noisy.
