Très bien placé. Très proche de la gare, en plein centre-ville. Appartement spacieux.

Linge de lit avec une odeur désagréable. Manque qq équipements dans la cuisine (égouttoir vaisselle). Salle de bain un peu sale et traces d'humidité.

Nice size apartment very close to the train station and centre of town. Easy walk to the old walled town and castle.

There was no Aircon and it was 39⁰C so a bit warm.

Location and parking

The apartment had many flaws, broken pictures, broken light fixture, damaged paint, dirty paint, broken kitchen utensils, especially broken shower so we could not shower the first day. The apartment in general was not quite clean. The photos do not quite correspond with the actual apartment state of play

Location and great atmosphere. Plenty of room and lovely little balcony.

Needed more info to link to WiFi but not really a problem.

Location was good: half a hour from the ramparts. Parking was good, secure and close. The apartment is spacious. The TV has Netflix. Late checkout at 12 was unexpected.

While the location was good, it was over a kilometre from the “remparts de la Bastide”. So “dans les remparts” is gross misinformation in the actual name of the property. There is no dishwasher: not an insuperable inconvenience, but another untruth. A 5pm check-in is just too late, and with a blanket refusal to negotiate. This is not a normal tourism standard. THEN: before we walk in, eleven rules on what we can’t do as a welcome letter, including threats of financial penalties. And by the way, all of us English speakers know of a cumulus as a cloud. This is extraordinary customer service. But the worst thing really is that when we look back at your reviews over three years, you haven't done a thing to respond: the wobbly dining table, no shower attachment, no shower curtain, the single fan for three rooms, no A/C, and a pathetic, wrist-breaking corkscrew. It’s also a rather grubby place, but easily fixed by a thorough wash. The towels are like postage stamps and thin as tissue. You must be very remote if you rely on the neighbours to rat on the customers. Your heartfelt follow-up promise to read the feedback after a long day’s work is frankly disingenuous. Your “chaud au coeur” has been icily cold for years. You need to get back to Carcasonne, which I believe possibly “vous n’avez jamais vu.”

There is everything you need for a vacation and the apartment itself is beautiful, but there are points for improvement: shower curtain was dismantled and not put back in place - you can see traces on the wall and it is uncomfortable to take a shower. Shampoo dispenser is broken and empty and there are other small things, that need to be repaired

The lock on the front door to the entrance door is broken and a homeless man lives in the entrance hall. According to the note that we saw in the entryway it is not one-day situation. The smell is extremely unpleasant and you should keep it in mind, if you are traveling alone or arriving late.
