Location and cleanliness.

Freq train noise as one side (our room) of the hotel is next to the track. And trains do operate well past midnight. Needs better window sound proofing.

Excellent breakfast. I like the choice of buffet breakfast on 1st floor plus 22nd floor set breakfast. Tried both. The 22nd floor set breakfast is Japanese, nice, and have a great view of the city. It is neat but does not offer as much food choices as the buffet. e.g. no choice of fruits, no ice cream, etc. Still, it is a good idea to do that 22nd floor breakfast at least oncve during the stay. Location: not far from Sapporo Station and Daimaru. About 10-15 minutes walk (2 city blocks). However, it is far from the TV Tower area/underground shopping areas if you want to do a lot of shoppings/eatings there. Still, the shops around Sapporo Station offer a lot, in particular Daimaru. My wife was happy shopping just near the Station, and didn't bother to go with me to do the routine sightseeing.

Location is great, very close to shopping malls and transport.

Room size is small for three beds.

Staff immediately greeted us as we entered lobby. The check in process was seamless. The staff helped us find a restaurant a friend told us about and even called to make reservations.

When you turn on the bathroom light, it shines into the bedroom area because there is a window between the two rooms.

The staff was very helpful. The reservation team in particular was very responsive to our requests and kept us informed and the communication was excellent. The hotel location was very convenient and within walking distance to most attractions.

the room size is good. enough for us to place our 2 large & 1 small luggages. still have rooms to walk around the room.

The bathroom facilities

The location is a bit far from JR Sapporo station. There is no hand cream provided in the room.

Staff was incredibly friendly despite my broken Japanese, and the facilities were all immaculate. Would easily stay again! Super close to the station, 7/11 across the street, and great walking areas around.

Location. google map shows it is about 450m away from the west entrance of Sapporo JR station, BUT, to drag 9 luggage (28” ~ 30”) from JR station to the hotel in winter with snow-covered road junctions and paveways was no joke!
