-staff was very friendly and helpful, 10/10 on that part. -breakfast was above average from what i experienced in peru from hotels on that price range. Very nice. -well located, it's a small uphill walk from the near train station, the bus stop that goes to machu pichu, restaurants and stores (I don't recommend them though, because it's much more expensive than in cusco) -beds were comfortable -room was spacious

- i thought my room was very different from the pictures i saw. Thought everything looked much older and dirtier when i got there. Also, thought the room was very dark. Maybe i was put in a older room. There was a big stain one of the sheets of something not distinguishable, even though that didn't bother me, that might be a huge problem for some people. Overall, i expected something better specially because the price was above many others that seemed similar.

Everything! The staff is so helpful and kind -Walter and Gabriela were excellent —kudos to them! The bedroom was really comfortable and spacious; the bed was a cloud, and the shower was great too. I loved the view and how close it's the train and bus station. Breakfast was on point, and loved the fact they have a storage to keep your luggage while visiting Machu Picchu. Highly recommend!

I tried to put hot water in the bath tube but it took a long time and after 10 minutes stopped, so I Gave up. I think the breakfast was normal, no bacon, no pancake.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the center of Aguas Calientes, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw away from all of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The traditional breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. Each morning, I looked forward to starting my day with a delicious spread of local dishes and fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Machu Picchu.

This is a really nice hotel. The facilities are very suave, and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom in our room had a Rain Shower and a large modern Soakworthy bathtub with lots of hot water. That might be just what you need after a lot of exercise on the mountainside. The staff was super-friendly and they have a great system for checking luggage if you need to check out in the AM to go to Macchu Picchu. They gave numbered tags and held the bags in a secure storage area. The location is very near the train station.

breakfast was ok. Aguas calientes os too hot, there’s no air conditioning on the wall, just a mobile one that doesn’t freeze so well and os noise.

The location is very good, just a few meters from the train station, within easy walking distance from the main street where restaurants and the bus station to Machu Picchu are located. The room has a good sound insulation, to you are not bothered by the noise coming from the trains. The breakfast is nice, with a reasonable variety of choices.

The breakfast is served until 8:00 AM only, so if you have an entrance ticket to Machu Picchu for the afternoon, you still have to wake quite early.

The room and bathroom were great. When you get to the lobby of the hotel you may not think the rooms are as nice as they are, which was a pleasant surprise.

The AC is portable, and maybe is that I’ve never had the chance to use one of those, but for me that is my only complaint, because on one side you could feel some cool air coming out, but from the back it felt like a heater. For us was not a big issue because nights were chill, but it might be for some people. Even though we knew the hotel was near the train station we didn’t actually know it was that close, so it can be pretty noisy sometimes.

very basic breakfast, room is clean but had bugs, very noisy, doesn’t have basic necessities in the room.

It was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The location was good as well.

The air conditioner blows hot air out the back so only a very tiny portion of the room was cool, directly in front of cooler. The rest of the room was very warm from the back of the cooler.
