Hotel was very well kept and staff was excellent.
Breakfast was great and had variety of items. There was always tea available if needed.
Room was spacious and very well kept. Cusco is cold at night, so it was great to find out there was a heating contraption available in the room. The bathroom was nice and great hot water.
Locations is fantastic and close to many restaurants, attractions and the main square.
Do be aware that the entrance of the hotel is not accessible by vehicle. You will need to go up a set of stairs to arrive here, so be weary if you have big luggage. Despite that, it was an excellent place to stay.

The location is great, the room super clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good. They had a little open fire going int he morning and also looked after our luggage for an hour.
Although our room was great it did have a smell of 'damp' - but nothing to off putting.

4.4
Good breakfast and quiet area.
Make sure to get the recite. they argued with me for not paying and I paid cash so I had no proof.
Aventually I gave up and paid again because they were relentless, even if i was wrong, they made me feel bad and didn't let me stay there when i got back from my trek with out telling me in advance. Just kicked me out although i had a reservation.
Not professional.

The staff was really kind, and room is clean
It was really cold. They told me the main heater would work from 8pm, but I wasn't sure, the heater even existed in the room. I don't recommend this hotel during winter season..

Lovely quaint, rustic guesthouse on the outskirts of the historic centre. Pleasant central courtyard garden. Nice room with balcony facing garden. Decent brekkie.
Room a little chilly, heating only available between 7pm to 7am. Lighting a little harsh and no bedside lights.

Friendly staff, let us leave bags for 5 days whilst we did Salkantay Trek for free, large rooms with a heater for the cooler months. Lovely communal garden areas to relax in.
More vegan options for breakfast would have been appreciated

This was a fantastic hotel in Cusco. Great location in walking distance to the square, restaurants, bars and sites. The hotel is quiet. There is no noise from people getting up at 4am like other hotels. The rooms and beds are comfortable and there is a nice buffet breakfast. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is that the hot water isn't too reliable.
The hot water isn't constant. Sometimes you would have a shower and it was tepid.

A very friendly staff, everyone helpful and kind. Large rooms, and Coca tea available in the loby at all times. Also amazing breakfast!

Super nice hotel in the city center, comfortable bed, clean rooms with daily service and very good breakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful.
I recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Cusco.

It was very comfortable and the environment was good and clean. Their service was good too. We needed to wake up very early for the tours and they gave us breakfast to take out.

Loved everything about this place! Comfy beds, clean rooms, hot water for showers, friendly staff. There is always tea available. The breakfast was outstanding - fresh fruit, juice, eggs made how you like it, bread, yogurt, granola, ham and cheese,... And it was made even better by eating outside in their beautiful garden.
Nothing, everything was great.
4.4
Beautiful space and courtyard. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast in the morning is good and the coupld of cooks were friendly (even made us eggs custom). Good value.
Our bathroom floor had constant trickle of water on the tile, leaking from somewhere behind the toilet or shower, which was annoying to keep stepping on. The room also was a little chilly.

The hosteria is located in a courtyard, and it is very quiet, great for a good night sleep
Breakfast was abundant and very good. Lovely garden
Stuff was really nice
They charged us in soles instead in usd dollars, and the rate was a little bit higher than in the rest of cusco.

Lovely stay - cozy, great breakfast, kind staff!
The hostería is up a big flight of stairs at the Alablado - so you’ll have to walk up. Not a huge deal but not too fun with luggage.
The hot water in our shower didn’t work for some reason (and we weren’t able to get it fixed) so we ended up taking cold showers everyday.

my husband forgot his necklace at the hotel during our fullday tour. we were worrying about it but onnce we backed on the late eveneng, the necklace still be at it place. Thank you very much 🙏

It was a lovely stay. In fact, I tried to book again on my way through a couple weeks later and they were booked up. The room was large, sunny and clean. It is walking distance to the main square, but you do have to use stairs to get to the inn. This may be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. I loved it as it made for a quiet stay. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good.
Not specific to this hotel, but would love filtered, drinkable water to fill reusable water bottles. I've stayed at hotels throughout Central America with 5 gallon urns filled with drinkable water in common areas.

- the evening receptionist guy is incredibly nice
- the room in the main building was very good with a radiator
- when we decided to stay one more night, we were moved to a separate apartment in the same address but the condition of the room was so much worse even though we were paying the same price. I guess you have to be lucky here.

an Oasis in the center of San Blas (Cusco center). very quiet. very nice stuff, the garden in the middle is amazing. the room was nice
sometimes we didn’t have hot water

the location was incredible, 5min walking to the plaza de Armas, and a lot of stores near.
even when we ask for the breakfast to take away, it was not good, just an apple. compared with the one that you served in the hostal, that was amazing
4.4
a fantastic location in San Blas and a lovely feel with rooms set around verdant central courtyards. I even saw a hummingbird in the early morning sun.
The staff are very welcoming, it has a great feel of having grown organically with Cusco and my room was spacious with a good shower. As a near senior citizen returning to back packing after a 35 year break I also found the other guests very interesting to talk to, even if I did have to use Google translate.

Breakfast was very good, staff was lovely and the room very comfty and clean.

Very comfortable beds, hot showers, good wi fi. Our twin room was on the small side but wasn’t an issue considering all the great things about the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful. The lady cooking and serving breakfast was lovely. Great breakfast. Staff were very good and spoke English. Room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. Heater panel in room came on overnight and kept the room really warm. (If heater doesn’t come on just contact reception as it is controlled outside the room). Great outside areas to relax. 5 minute walk from Plaza de Armas. Free tea available all day. Staff stored our luggage for 2 days while we visited Macchu Picchu.
Nothing.

safe, beautiful garden, nice breackfast.
my room was on a first flior with the 2 large windows and everyone could see everything inside. so I needed to keep the curtains closed all the time, even outside was amaxingly beautiful.

Hosteria was close to old town. They provided tea 24h a day and had a beautiful garden. Bed was quite comfy.
Really cold rooms and super cold in bathrooms. They should turn on heater in advance before travellers come.

Location only 5 min from main square. Tea spot available 24h. Nice garden!
Cold in the room and super cold in bathroom. The moment you enter room you turn small heat device and then only next morning room feels ok.
