I stayed in this hotel in June during the Inti Raymi festival. This hotel is located in the Plaza de Armas, so it was nice to exit the hotel and be right in the center of the festivities (however this did mean alot of noise until the early hours of the morning). The room was larger than I expected. The breakfast included coffee/tea, bread, cereal, fruit, and you could request eggs of your choice. I got in to Cusco very early in the morning (5am), so their early 10:30 am check in was appreciated. Upon check-out I was able to store my luggage with them until it was time for me to leave.

It has a wonderful location close everywhere in the historic center.

The bed was so comfortable! It was nice to relax a day at the hotel after Machu Picchu and just watch some Netflix.

The hotel is in a superb location on the Plaza de Armas and is pleasant, clean and secure. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were also friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended - we would happily stay here again.

one of the best location in Cusco direct on the plaze de Armas, breakfast was nice , you got fresh eggs any style you liked and everytime filled up when buffet was empty, the stuff was friendly
our room was a littlebir smal but ok. we stayed there for the INTER RAYMI festival 24June for 4 nights but we couldnt get the chance to change the room with balcony, also if other guests stay only 1 or 2 days over this festival and they wasnt at the balcony for watch the parade

Central location, the room we got was amazing with a balcony on the Plaza de Armas' square (it was a triple room with balcony). Very clean with different amenities like soap, shampoo and blowdrier.
Good breakfast buffet choices
Poor communication through booking since we booked the room few months ago and we were getting replies once every few weeks about check out time and how flexible it could be and about room info. At the end they asked us to check out half an hour earlier (at 9,30am) the actual check out time because new guests were arriving...

The view from my balcony and near shopping and restaurants
Plaza de armas, which my balcony overlooked, is a very busy place. Music, fireworks, and traffic noise went til about 2am.
