The staff were very friendly, spoke very good english and very helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, hotel is in a good position close to all shops, Markets & Restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional. the best ever I have experienced

building work going on whilst we ate our breakfast and most of the day. of course work needs to be done but surely not whilst people are eating close by? the bathrooms looked a bit tired. the tiles were not cracked but could do with cleaning and re-grouting. also the grade finish around the windows and doors was messy and didn’t make the rest of the room look good also the swimming pool that is advertised on their brochures has been filled in. that’s not good.

Villa Room floor have bad foot smelly issues should be cleaned. If Payment by Visa must pay additional % of total bill.

Lovely clean spacious hotel room with great view over river at back. Ate at restaurant for evening meal which was good. Staff very attentive and helpful. We chose this hotel due to closeness to border into Laos. Staff arranged their hotel minibus van to Thai border crossing but can do trips to Laos as well. Quiet location which suited us.

Made me welcome from the moment I went in reception bit far away from nongkhai but the staff were brilliant the took me to nongkhai And picked me up for a small fee save me driving and I could have a drink they also let me leave my car while I crossed the border for visa

Missed my Egg and bacon but you have to cater for everyone so not a big issue
