We loved our stay at Britta's villa - it's so beautiful, well-stocked, and perfect for a family/multi-generational group. The fact that we didn't need to bring a pack and play or toys for our kids was a huge bonus! We've been coming to Legacy Villas for years and Britta's villa is the new villa we'll always try to book!

We had a fantastic stay! Britta was easy to communicate with and the property itself is beautifully updated and comfortable. The place had everything you could possibly need for a trip with small kids - high chair, pack-n-play, tons of pool toys, pool towels, books, list goes on and on. We can't wait to stay here again!

Family of four that had a wonderful time in this condo at the Legacy Villas. It is very clean and well appointed with all the things you need for your stay. Location is quiet in the back of the complex. Owner was really quick to respond to any questions and was kind enough to provide a welcome basket that we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Lovely rental at an excellent location. The unit was clean and just as described. The kitchen was well stocked for coffee and cooking if ypu desire.

We have a lovely stay here. The unit is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors all over. It is perfect for a family. The kids loved the bunk bed. There are plenty of toys for the pool and even a cabinet with board games and puzzles. It was clean and well-stocked with supplies--kitchen items, pool towels, laundry room items and streaming TV. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here! Check in was easy since Britta via email gave us all the instructions. The house was very clean, beautiful and has everything you need. The premises are clean and close to the pool. Overall a very good experience! Hope to return soon!

This was the best place I have stayed at in Legacy Villas, and I have stayed at over a dozen units. Beautifully decorated, great layout, close to a pool and the mountains... Owner easy to get hold of and so accommodating. Love the fact that the kitchen was so stocked! Will definitely stay here again.

We loved being tucked up in the cove and having one of the more private residences. The grounds were beautiful, and the residence was even more amazing than we anticipated. Beautifully appointed and wonderfully stocked. We felt very welcomed w a basket of goodies upon arrival, and Britta was very attentive to questions and a couple needs. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend Britta enough!

This property is great for family vacations! The home and pools are wonderful!

We have stayed in several Vrbos but this one certainly tops them all. We had social friends as well as family staying with us for different parts if our time there. Everyone was very impressed by the beautifully decorated rooms, the closeness to any activity, such as pools, exercise equipment at the gym and restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is stocked with games, books, toys basically anything we would need. The kitchen has every appliance cooking utensil as well as food staples and more. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return!

This house was an absolute oasis! The decor and furniture was all immaculate. I can’t wait to come back here again for next years festival!

We were very happy with our stay here. Our two top priorities for a rental are cleanliness and quiet. This villa offered both. The villa backs up to the mountain and we could sleep as late as we wanted and never hear a thing. Beds are comfy and showers good. Host replies promptly to any inquiries. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our walks.

Everything about our stay was amazing - location was close to Old Town La Quinta, the community was beautiful with lots of grassy areas and kid friendly pool, the house was fantastic. EVERYTHING you need is there from toys and pool supplies, to cookware, to utensils to extra pillows, blankets, towels and bed clothes. The hostess was communicative and responded incredibly quickly. We had an issue with the oven on Christmas Eve and when I emailed her, she wrote back in the middle of a large dinner party she was having. Then she emailed me at 5:41 am on Christmas Day with suggestions and solutions. It all worked out perfectly but she was great to deal with. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Britta is a wonderful host. She clearly has an eye for design and it feels like you are staying in a chic boutique hotel, but with all the comforts of a home. We stayed an extra week after my sisters wedding and found the home comfortable for 3 kids and 3 adults easily. The beds were VERY comfortable! And easy to get all around the Valley every night from the location. Very happy with our stay!

Britta is an amazing host with a beautiful home. Roomy, fun decor, games , snacks and clean beds! Shops close by and amazing food! Britta is a wonderful communicator, very understanding willing to work with you and she responds super fast! We loved it three and can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying here at Britta’s. She had everything we could have thought to need. In fact next time we will go back we will pack lighter. We cooked a ton and the kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. The kids loved the books and toys. The place was clean and very comfortable and quite large for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4). The property was awesome for the kids. The variety of pools was great but the main pool was graded for kids with a cool sprinkler area so it was safe while having great lounge chairs and cabanas for the adults. My 4 year old left knowing how to swim as she could practice and stand at the same time. My mom in her 70s loved the facility and the different options of quiet pools she could get away or join depending on her needs. Britta was so fast to communicate and very sweet. Everything in the facility was in walking distance. We loved loved loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed in many different styles of homes, condos and two homes in a number of places around the world using VRBO or Air B&B. Britta’s home surpassed all our expectations. Immaculately clean, with more amenities then we have at home. You don’t need to worry about bringing or buying necessities like shampoos, spices, sugar, condiments, etc. The home had all the basics. And the beach towels and water toys were a real bonus. Britta has thought of everything that a family would need to enjoy their holiday. She is accessible, helpful and professional. We highly recommend her home (except not the 1st three weeks of September) ‘cause that is when we plan on coming back!)🤗

What a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised and then some. Britta was a perfect host and has thought of everything. The kids room was perfect for the teens and the other king bed was a treat for our young adult daughter. The main floor bedroom was a dream with its ensuite. We will be back again.

This place was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished, super clean, well equipped, and … just amazing. I honestly can’t think of any negative aspect to this property. We stayed here with two families (3 adults, 4 teenagers) for three nights. The view and location of the villa is perfect and so relaxing. Beds were comfortable and rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to staying again!

My husband and I stayed at Britta's fabulous villa retreat with our daughter and two grandchildren. This property is outstanding from the ambient decor, to the stunning setting. Britta is a superb host!!! She provided us with detailed information about her place, promptly answered any general queries we had about the area, and helped us with arising problems (ie. when we when the kids mixed up the TV remotes). There is easy access to pools, and restaurant, as well as many activities and venues for both kids and adults in the immediate area. Many neat places very in old town La Qunita, and of course lots to see and do in Palm Desert and Palm Springs. We had an amazing family vacation and would highly recommend Britta's villa retreat to anyone!

M many of the villas we stayed at have fallen apart. This newly removed unit gave us hope to continue to return to legacy villas. This unit was particularly great because we were provided with pool amenities, welcome tray with snacks and wine, and a totally professional property manager. Very likely to book this property again.
