El personal es lo más amable Sus habitaciones son hermosas y nos encanto la ubicaciones

Mi única objeción fue que al Vips que está abajo le falta un poquito de ventilación y cuando usan la plancha todo el humo llena el hotel

El confort y limpieza

El área de comida es muy pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes que aloja, constantemente te están invitando a desocupar el lugar aun cuando no has terminado tus alimentos, el estacionamiento externo no esta bien vigilado.

Loud squeaky noise sometimes coming from bathroom. Breakfast was not very good.

We booked a room with two double beds as we are a family of four. We were given a room with only one double bed. When I complained to reception, he said that our room was already taken without an apology. He also couldn't give us a second room. Very poor management especially as we just had a 24hr journey to get here.

staff was not responsive prior to stay and not helpful when I arrived. I requested a to change the date a week ahead of time by one night. the request was marked as confirmed via booking, but the date in the app didn’t change so I proceeded to call and message the hotel multiple times over the week without response. finally I called booking who assured me the location confirmed the date change. I arrived at midnight and was told they never received my date change request and there were no rooms. they offered no compensation for my trouble other than the “curtesy” of not charging me for the ironical night where in their eyes I was a no show. they blamed the whole thing on Booking. booking blamed them. All in all a bad experience.

Very friendly staff, Breakfast was good (for mexican Standards), central location

Amenities are basic but functional. Some minor things added up to be annoying. Like we only had one towel when we arrived. They brought us a second one when we asked and were nice about it, but then the cleaning staff sometimes only changed one of them when she cleaned? Power plugs are in super inconvenient places. AC is very loud but the room gets so hot at night. You can't open the windows.

Nice comfortable beds. Baby cots available. Parking available. Great AC - quiet and effective. We will return.

VERY long WAIT for the breakfast 🙈🙈🙈🙈 each morning we spent 30 minutes waiting for the table. That's too much.

the room I reserved was not the same as I got. I reserved a two bed and I got one for two people. there was only one towel and one toilet paper in the room right after check in. Bathroom was dirty, long hair all over the place.
