The staff was very nice and very courteous. They were very helpful with everything we needed.

I did not like that there were a lot of rules. You can't hang up your clothes, you can't bring outside food, you can't have guests... The worst part was no outside food. The restaurant at the hotel is mediocre and short-staffed. There were very long wait times for food and the restaurant closes at 10pm. On one night, we came back late and we were starving, but the restaurant was closed. I also did not like the location of the hotel, it's in a sketchy part of town and you have to take a road that is not even paved. It is very far from any other restaurants, so you are stuck in the hotel unless you have a car. The other thing was that the pools were great and clean, but there is no shade. You have to be in the sun if you get in the pool, unless you wait until the evening.

I love the place

On check-in, the staff was rude. They searched and asked us what we are bringing in. We felt like we were treated like criminals. The hotel has NO beach access. If you plan a beach vacation, you expect at least a nice beach walk. The hotel is too expensive for the amenities they offer. The rooms have jacuzzies but no hot water. The restaurant has good service, but the food didn't taste fresh. We had to leave the hotel to find better places for dining and entertainment.

The food at the restaurant not the great isn’t worth the price also the menu was very limited .I don’t see why you can’t bring food from outside if you don’t have a lot to offer

the pools are nice and clean I wish they were a little colder

the restaurant the hotel works with us sometimes hard to get a hold of even when they aren’t busy and to get a drink by the pool is almost impossible. the beds are also very firm rock solid. the hotel is also very hard to find easy to get lost

Parking and the way up to the hotel Were HORRIBLE!

I love the caves that the hotel sits on, it is so beautiful especially when the tides are low and you can actually take a walk and take in the scenery. The views are amazing the staff is polite and the manager was ever so thoughtful! Highly recommend!

Room beds where very hard. However, Staff maid the imposible posible to keep me in the hotel. they layer my bed with quits.

Restaurant staff where very friendly and provided great service. Joel helped us out 2 nights and was fantastic! He exceeded our expectations and also so pleasant.

The jacuzzi in our room was a bit dated also the water was cold. The hotel didn’t provide a crib for our 8 month old so we had to bring our own portable crib The pool and restaurant close too early in my opinion. It should at least be open till 12:00 Am. Breakfast is not included in the price. We had an additional room booked and were told the breakfast would be included and then at check in were told it was not. So it was a bit misleading and since we did the reservation over the phone we had no proof. Also the parking lot should accommodate more cars. They have an annex but the guards can’t always see it and one morning we had someone let the air out of one of our tires.
