Beautiful and clean

I love everything

The room was not clean. The towels were old and stained. The was a large dog in the next room that kept barking. The pillows were not comfortable.

The location was close to everything. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. I also like that there was a convenience store within walking distance as well that was well stocked. The hotel has easy access to the freeway

Our room was dirty and smelled musty. I noticed the bathroom door was dirty. The door had toothpaste running down the door and dirt all over it. In one of the beds the sheets looked like they were dirty and had not been changed. I went and got a clean set of sheets and changed them myself. There were roaches crawling in the bathroom as well as the kitchen area. When I went to take a shower there wasn't any hot water at all in any of the faucets. A friend of mine that was staying there as well also didn't have any hot water in her room either. I was very disappointed this time as I have stayed in this hotel last year for our disability event and didn't have any issues. My room having issues is one thing, but several others that were staying there having the same issues sounds like my room wasn't an isolated problem.

The overall appearance was decent.

The hot water didn't work. And we had roaches in our room.

Easy access to room. We requested rooms of other people in our party to be close to us and they were with no difficulty. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked well. Loved the vinyl floors instead of carpet. Nice size fridge. Easy access to where we where we wanted to go.

Air conditioner was a little louder than expected in the room but didn't keep us awake and the fan in the bathroom as well was loud.
