This hotel is recently renovated. It was very nice, everything was updated. We would definitely stay there again.

The price was ridiculous, they have 5-6 hotels in a 1/4 miles area. I will shop prices net time we go to Lake Charles.

BED WAS NICE. WE SLEPT WELL. THE TV HAVE ALL THE CHANNELS WE LOVE AND MORE
COUCH NEEDS TO BE CHANGE FROM CLOTH TO LEATHER OR SUIDE. THEY SMELL LIKE THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER. WE HAD TO SIT ON OUR BED THE ENTIRE TIME. HOW INCONVIENECE IS THAT. YES THEY OFFERED TO MOVE US TO ANOTHER ROOM BUT WHAT DIFFERENCE WOULD THAT MAKE?
THE BRAND NEW TUB HAD A CRACK ON IT AND IT WAS NOT PAINTED WHICH TELLS ME THE ROOM WASN'T CLEAN AS THE TOILET SEAT HAD MILDEW/MOLD UNDER THE RIM. SANDS OR DIRT WAS COMING OUT OF THE SHOWER HEAD.
THE KITCHEN IS VERY NICE BUT BUILT WRONG. I.E...CABINET TO CLOSE TO SINK.
IN LIEU OF ALL THIS IT WAS INCONVIENCE AS THIS HOTEL IS BRAND NEW

The hotel was in a great location. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen which was really nice. For the most part I really liked the hotel.
The staff was incredibly rude. The receptionist got an attitude with us while we was loading our car to leave because he thought we weren’t going to check out and called us names. Mind you I was with my husband and three small kids. Very unprofessional.

Never stay there before it was very comfortable nice I like it it had a little very comfortable relaxing.
There not really nothing I did not every thing was good except the hot water, it took a little while before it go hot it did come on !
