The breakfast was awesome. The staff was epic. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely book here again the next time I’m in Lake Charles.
The elevator had complications, but didn’t last long it started working immediately within 24 hours.

The door towards outside didn’t close all the way.
The water from the pool was dirty and green.
The hallways and rooms felt humid and sticky.
The shower head was dirty.
There was a lizard in the roof light.

was in room 206 and forgot to tell them the gfi in the bathroom didn’t work. everything else excellent

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very big I loved it.
The bathroom was super small u could hardly close the door to the restroom.

it was comfortable to sleep because of the bed only. and the breakfast was good as well.
The room was poorly cleaned, there were stains on everything and the floor in the room was almost slimy. For a non smoking facility the entire thing smelled like cigarettes.

Great Weekend and location was close to stores and Restaurants and asset to the Freeway!!

It was just okay.
Room was dingy. Facility needs overhauled. Breakfast was mediocre. Cheese omelets were overdone and hard. No milk. Not worth the amount we paid. Its a $49 a night at best.

hotel needs to be updated desperately; lacked cleanliness, yellow stained showers and bath mat , did not look like pictures online . would not recommend

the entrance was hard to find because of the grown up property in front of it.
the entrance was also very narrow. vehicles entering and exiting at same time was difficult with the available space.
