One bed was sitting on bricks, tiles missing in bathroom and only 2 blankets for 3 beds

Nothing, not even a basic clean was done before we arrived.

It was nothing like the booking.com photos, it was old, dirty, doors had all been kicked in, left over cooked sausages on the floor of the deck, some kind of snot looking substance on the lounge arm, the windows had hand and face prints all over them, both toilets had old skid marks in them and staff smoking at our door way - $1400 for 4 nights was a total rip off.

The location was perfect. An easy walk to the show grounds or city.

There was always water on the floor in the bathroom. It had been like that for some time as the cabinet kick boards were very damaged.

bed was amazing, vale for money, staying again on Saturday hope to get same room, shower was fantastic in room 9

access to Netflix however not a necessary

The young lady at reception was very friendly, and was understanding of our concerns - we received a refund.

We drove 700kms to this location. On initial entry, did not notice concerns. After spending 20 minutes winding down - noticed the beds had not been made, the sheets were dirty, there was insects in them. The floors were filthy. Too much to list. The Booking.com photo was completely different to what we received, I suspect the photos are many years old. I could understand the leaks, loose fittings and dated appliances for the price, however for the bed to made with dirty and loose fitting sheets, I was not satisfied at all. Left 2 hours after check in (after going to get food and refill car) and went to an adjacent motel. I really recommend Booking.com has a representative look into this facilities listing. Again, the young girl at counter was lovely, and was at no fault. The facility however, unacceptable.

Staff were friendly

No service was done to the rooms such as no clean towels given and rubbish wasn't taken away. I had to ask for a bin bag and clean towels.

Very noisey. Bed very hard
