Freshly renovated apartment and was very spacious

Could hear the band at the pub up the road on the Saturday night, but just turned up the fan on the aircon to drown it out

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. The staff communicated well and in a friendly manner regarding key collection. We enjoyed having a separate sitting room and space to eat and relax in. We just stayed one night as a stopover on our road trip but there are things to do in the Rockhampton area so I’d advise a couple of nights here to relax and save money, if you have the time.

You will have to carry your cases up a couple of flights of steps - but this shouldn’t be an issue for most people. There could be more pots and pans to cook with.

Travelling through we are always disappointed with Rockhampton short stays. Boy, did CocoBrew surprise us! On arrival we we enter via the back door (past a kitchen) and were greeted and handed keys. It was very easy and gave us access to the stairs up to our room. This was a stop over trip for us as we travelling through with our 2 children. We were a little surprised there was no one at the bar, and we felt a little foolish for making a dinner booking weeks earlier for the restaurant as we felt it might only be us attending. There were plenty of staff prepping so we thought that was a good sign of what was to come. The rooms are tastefully renovated. With large Tv's in both rooms and the living. High ceilings, fully air conditioned with fans. The laundry had a washer/dryer, ironing board. Kitchen had the basics. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms impeccably clean. New carpets throughout. It's somewhere we could easily stay for a week in. What made it spectacular though was the bar and restaurant downstairs. We were a little concerned staying above a bar but as we made our way downstairs for dinner we had a reservation for, we soon realized this is a different kind of bar. The service truly was second to none in what we have had over our years of overnight stays in Rocky. Staff were very attentive and food came out exceptionally fast. We always gravitate towards tappa's when we dine out as we love to try as many dishes as possible. Everything was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was buzzing and completely full despite crazy torrential weather outside. We didn't hear any of this chaos until we walked back upstairs to our room (which, might I add is completely soundproof to downstairs bar and crazy weather outside). CocoBrew is the place to stay in Rockhampton. It's on the south-side, and seems like a bit of an industrial area, & it has everything you need for a short or longer stay.

Fabulously designed and equipped apartments. Perfectly clean. Awesome food from the restaurant too. Best stay out of 50 days. Wish we would have stayed for much longer.

We were only here for a one night as travelling. Would be very happy to stay here longer if required. Room was modern, well equipped and quiet considering there is a pub below. We ate and drank in the pub, food was good and reasonably priced.

Lovely Apartment

Very noisy. Could hear conversations from Apartment next door, and loud door shutting etc. would have been handy to know the restaurant was going to be closed on the Sunday.

Everything was fresh, clean and tastefully decorated. Near centre of town, bus stops and station. We walked to these places with our luggage.

Everything was great. You will need to climb 2 sets of stairs to reach the apartments with your luggage. But certainly doable.

Fantastic place to stay & our first choice of accommodation when staying in Rocky. Beautifully presented apartments that are always perfectly clean. Parking is easy & right outside entryway to the apartments.

convenience everything under one roof. lunch. dinner and breakfast. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the room was new, clean and comfortable.

the code pad 3ft off the ground at the entrance door and 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. the bedroom had no window a bit claustrophobic for us. room not suitable for the elderly carrying luggage.

Robin and staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are always spotless. Great facilities.
