Everything about the hotel is good. From the front desk to the house keeping, to the restaurant. The hotel is clean too. Not forgetting there are eateries surrounding the hotel.

Clean hotel surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and massage shops. There is a weekly night market (pasar malam) every Sunday just metres away from the hotel.

Nothing is to like, stated check in at 3pm gotten my room at 4pm almost 4.30pm and the traffic to head down to town of jb the traffic was bad as it was during fasting month. The worst part was i book 3 rooms and only 1 room was ready at 3.20pm still okey but the other 2 rooms i only gotten it at 4-4.30 the staff even told me that they would deliver the keys to the 1st room but waited another hour and still keys not delivered had to go dowb to the counter and saw the staff was chit chatting. Mattress was even hard and gave me a muscle sore on my back

1) Bathtub is old and has crack 2) No hook in the bathroom to hang the bathrobe but its in the toilet 3) No PowerPoint in the bathroom for the hairdryer 4) Executive suite is small - no value for money 5) Always provided with 1 item but 2 person was staying in the room 6) Lighting not enough for the hall and dinning area

The hotel staffs were nice, the room is also v nice to stay in.

There is alot of variety at the breakfast place but the food is not necessary v nice. The location is good if you plan to go to places at Permas Jaya like the Sunday Pasar Malam.

The hotel was very well furnished and clean. Meals were provided for club level at the private area. While there was some hiccup during the check in due to crowded, it was eventually resolved as the desk manager gave a complimentary room upgrade. Service recovery was good but however it would be good to relook at the room check in process and to priortise family with young baby as it is also challenging to wait for the rooms in the lobby for 3 hours ( and also after the check in time of 3pm). Overall a good stay

Room is clean, amenities are well provided, staff are very friendly. Within walking distance to Aeon Mall. Feel safe parking our car as there is security patrolling the car park

The hotel and room cleanliness is superb. Breakfast is awesome with varieties of east to west spread. The staff is friendly and reputable.

Kids pool size is just too confine, at times it just gets crowded. Too little tv shows channel. Nothing much to enjoy when we are in the room especially those with little ones.

I would have liked having a bathtub

The room was posh, clean with a lovely city cum seaview. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the shower! Breakfast is one of the best I have had amongst the hotels in JB! Fresh, tasty with a great variety. A must try!

This is our favourite hotel! Front door staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is awesome. The pastry is superb. My mum on wheelchair loves the hotel too. Keep it up!
