Notified that I require a change of sheets. Staff acknowledged but it did not happened. Called front desk and was told it’s after work hours for housekeeping hence there was no one available to do so. Disappointing

Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Great to have a lift to get luggage to 2nd floor. Convenient to the airport which was the reason for a our stay.
One of the toilets, when flushing, made a terrible noise through the apartment.
The furniture is tired which is ok however the lounge's leather was cracked, worn and split looking dirty and not inviting to sit on.

We chose the property for the location being close to the airport. We did not need to use the airport shuttle but can see the benefit for others of having this available. Parking was close to the apartment so getting cases in and out of the car was an easy task. There are shops and facilities are within walking distance.

Friendly staff and a great shuttle from the airport with carseats for my children. I highly recommend staying at the airport apartments, we got good rest after a very long international flight.

great location. the staff were friendly. our bed and room was exactly as it stated. lots of room for a small family
we asked for a baby cot for our 18 month old and received a cot with not mattress. only blankets as padding. luckily he slept fine, so I was a happy mumma in the more, however, I feel that blankets for a bed for your baby on hard plastic is not sufficient. their beds are more important that their parents beds. if they don’t sleep, we don’t sleep

Staff were professional and friendly. Clean apartment and spacious. Nothing was run down which is always a bonus!
We asked for a non smoking room. Which I think we got. But unfortunately you could smell the smoke (not sure if it was in the air conditioning) and after we left it was all through our suitcases and we had to rewash our clothes.
