Everything was exceptional, from the moment we arrived we were looked after. We were given a free upgrade to a lovely large room with a balcony and the whole hotel was very classy. A lovely relaxed atmosphere amd the breakfasts were lovely, ingredients were fresh and we had all we could ask for. Also, we could go out on the balcony in the breakfast room and watch the sea. Beautiful location, the Spa was very relaxing we had sauna, jacuzzi and steam room and also the massage we had was lovely. Definitely would recommend this to anyone not sure of where to book.. Nicest and smartest hotel on the beachfront by a mile.

We loved the decent location, the extraordinary view from the top, the private beach, the design of the hotel and the food, as well.

The staff should improve their English skills, the communication wasn't the easiest with some of them. The wardrobe of the hotel room is very small.

I got sick from the breakfast. There was a bug in the room.

Hair came out of the salad at night, when we showed it to the waiter, he was sorry and took the plate. Later, we were subjected to an aggressive attitude by all the waiters. It was as if we were to blame. No one apologized and the plates were left on the table harshly. I wouldn't mind the incident, but the service we saw was very wrong. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel'sRESTAURANT !!!

I liked the room, except for the room view. The breakfast and the staff were excellent. The beach seemed promising, but the season we visited the hotel was inappropriate for beach activities.

Service. In general the service is very strange in Albania. It’s like the people working in hotels in general don’t have a mandate to help. Example the reception, when we checked in, was more concerned with a phone call from the boss and spending a lot of time on checkins. Or when we asked for a board to iron clothing on; the first two times they did not have any and the third time we they suddenly had (?). Too pricey for the value you are getting. Getting an ok stay, but paying for it also Not cleaned good enough in the shower. And a bit cold water in the shower
