House, furnishings, setting, and all the gaming tables and toys made this a PERFECT place for a large family gathering. SO close to the Town of Blowing Rock and to so many other attractions make this a wonderful location. Just a spectacular home,

This home was breathtaking and offered everything we could ask for there.
Great location
Wish check in could be earlier than 5pm. Basically paying for a full night you don’t even get to use the property. Most check in is at 4 but the homeowners did not allow you to check in before 5 which was disappointing

Fern Ridge Lodge
We spent a week at Fern Ridge with our extended family. The house was everything we could have asked for. Lucky for us since it rained the entire week :( Check in and check out was a breeze. The surrounding area was beautiful and we really enjoyed the downtown area. Highly recommended, especially for large parties with younger kids.

Spring Break
The house is beautiful and is located in a quiet gated community. It was well stocked for our party of 14! The layout was great- lots of room to hang out together upstairs, at dining table or working in the kitchen. The pool table, game room and hot tub were a hit for the entire group!

Beautiful property, overall we had an awesome experience but for being a group of 16 people we would’ve expected the garbage to be dumped daily, we called and they finally came out the day after we called at 9pm. Also there was a lot of HUGE ants in the kitchen when we first arrived and towards the end of the stay as well. But everything else was amazing. Beautiful house.

First of all, we love the location, close to all attractions and ski resorts, the house it’s fantastic, we definitely will look to return next year, no words to describe

Amazing
We have been doing group trips for over 15 years, and we always have stayed in different locations and homes every-time. You get different experience, foods, local culture etc... However FERN RIDGE is the first home that we have decided that we will return too. Lots of homes you will find that exterior looks great then you get inside and can tell the furnishing aren't on the same level. If you are looking at FERN LODGE take the 3-D tour and you will be convinced. If there was 6 stars I would leave that as a review!
