TOO MUCH NOISE VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING BY THE CLEANING CREW , LOUD TWO-WAY RADIO CALL AND REALLY ANNOYING IN THE MORNING. I REALLY HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I CAME OUT ONE TIME TO TELL THEM TO PUT NOISE DOWN BUT RESUMED BACK AFTER ABOUT 15MN

Location - specific to the place where my meeting took place. Room - clean and no smoke odor.

I'd like the location, very accessible travelling to Makati and Bgc. Also Very easy to go to Megamall and other small shops. But the service of the front desk should be improved. Check in time 2pm but we waited almost 1 hour for them to find available room. Another situation, one frondesk lady gave us keyroom, then I opened the door, guest inside! The front desk never apologies after. But Housekeeping team and guards very helpful.

The receptionist was able to move my check out time at 1pm since I checked in at 2am.

The sun was peeking through the curtains, and there were no hooks in the bathroom.

I like how the room was big and spacious. I also like the smell of the lobby. It was so comforting. I also love how there are water refilling stations on every floor and that there are communal spaces for people to meet and eat.

I didn't like that the room that was given to us doesn't have a window even though that booking.com stated that we will have a City view. Even though we requested for change of towels and clean and new rug, when we came back. it wasn't changed. We have to call the reception again.

I like the staff, very polite and charming. Patrick was very nice and professional. The room is spacious and the aircon is really cold.

Free soap and toothpaste would have been nice, but overall still an amazing stay
