The view.

First, when I start asking the staff about the charges, she told me, Maam, if you want, just cancel it. So RUUUUDE! Second, no induction cooker to cook food. Good thing there's rice cooker,where we cook everything. Third, there's cockroaches. Small cockroaches inside the cabinet and at the back of the head board. Fourth, the plates they have are damaged. Lastly, the linen and the towel doesn't smell liked being wash.

the staff are very accommodating, friendly and easy to reach out, the room was clean and comfy. for wifi, we are easily connected and it is very fast. The place is Near megamall and very accessible area... I will surely stay here again next time..

It's a good place to stay for a family like mine since we love to relax a bit. It's quiet so you can sleep peacefully

The working elevator is only one so it took me sometime to buy stuffs and get my ordered food.

The towel is bad smell

I like how the place is situated. It's close to everything - malls, MRT, , markets and a lot more. I also lot that there are rules in place and that there are plates, fridge and microwave. The staff was very accommodating, I would definitely go back because of the service.

The air from the aircon smells like it came from a room with pets - smells like dog pee. I bought aircon fresheners and it solved the problem. Also the bed is not an actual mattress, it feels like a mattress foundation (boxspring). It wasnt as comfy cos it creaks.

the place was clean and peaceful. it is also located near shopping district which is an advantage. the wifi was good. the only problem is the tv not working but overall this place is highly recommended

Poor customer service and lack of amenities (pillows are nonexistent, foam is uncomfortable that cause my back to ache and shower is not working. Then the next day, they want us to switch room that made our life inconvenient.
