Place was clean and the room was spacious!

The door of the mini fridge was broken and the fridge itself wasn’t very cold. I also couldn’t get the shower warm but the pressure was very good.

Many variations, the dishes changed everyday. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Shangrila, Shaw, Megamall.

Cleanliness of the facilities, staff was very friendly, accommodating, location of the hotel was great.

Its not that I did not like, but that I prefer a much firmer mattress for my bed. The room, though clean and functional, showed wear and tear by way of wallpaper starting to peel, rips and tears on the wallpaper under tv, drywall cracked at entrance to restroom. I must add though that my "eye" for seeing flaws is based on my training and experience as a hotel manager here in Guam. So my praises and constructive criticism is soundly and logically based.

Stayed here for 3x already. It is in the heart of Ortigas, near Shangrila and podium and even megamall. Room is big, clean and cozy.

It was a hassle-free check-in. And the in-house resto was nice. Location is so convenient (within walking distance from Edsa Shangrila, Megamall, and the Podium). The sheets were so comfy, too!

I was just surprised that the fridge was empty. Looks like they don’t provide for-purchase food items and beverage inside the room, which would have been nice for those who check in late and are too tired to go out for food.
