Breakfast provided a wonderful start to each day, friendly staff who new our names and provided everything we requested, the two resteraunt offerings offered the same level of service each evening. On our final night dinner was served on our balcony at no extra cost. The property is architecturally based on the black and white Singaporean indium and furnished in an Asian style with incredible attention to detail, the 50 metre pool was never crowded. The beach is picturesque , however the monsoon winds made it the least preferred option. Definitely will stay again when next in Singapore.

We were wow-ed by the exceptional hospitality from all the staff at The Sanchaya. We were blessed by the excellent service from the front desk manager/staff (Ms Nawa & Mr Roy), to the service staff at the dining room (Mr Yohan, Mr Ino, Ms Elma) and the housekeeping staff. The meals we had at their dining room were a class of its own - we highly recommend to explore the local dishes!

Impeccable service from confirmation of booking all the way till departure at ferry point, attentive staff, nice ambience, delicious food.

The hair dryer in the bathroom could be upgraded.

The food was excellent. One of the best I have tasted. Chef Budi went out of his way to prepare some special dishes that was unforgettable. The service was par excellence.proactive and intuitive.

Some rooms unfortunately had issues of pests e.g. mossies and cockroaches probably due to the long break in pandemic. However this was quickly rectified and our room was immediately changed. No issue.

The property is beautiful and the staff were fabulous! Delicious breakfasts included and we enjoyed relaxing spa treatments.

phenomenal place.. best resort we've ever visited and the service is beyond words.. they greet us by our names everyday and everyone is just so kind, friendly and helpful.. the food is superb too.. the whole place makes you feel you walked straight into a postcard, super comfy bed and complimentary snacks/drinks in the room.. handwritten card from the owner and every little detail in the resort just makes you feel so amazing

The location, the amenities and the food were all very good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I nice place to relax for some days, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The price is quite extreme and at that price point I would expect every single details looked after. The property starts to be a bit dated and that is not acceptable at this level.

EXCEPTIONAL service - thanks especially to Enu & Eku. Beautiful space and feeling of an oasis. Rooms were so beautiful, comfortable & luxurious. All of the public areas were out of this world - the library, restaurant, pool, gym. Phenomenal meals, the food was so good and loved the option of trying different cuisines. Very relaxing and pampering but low key oasis. It felt like staying at a luxurious private estate. A truly EXCEPTIONAL property.
