Air conditioning was lacking in the building, the breakfast area was understaffed, they could not keep up with the demand of the hotel guest, for a 4-star rated hotel the quality and variety of food was not there, and example of this was only having drip coffee on hand at the breakfast area. I did ask for a Capuchino, which they did provided. The gym equipment was badly dated and in poor condition, pool area was dated. The power did go out for a little bit, lucky I was not in the elevator when the outage happened.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with very friendly and staff who couldn't be more helpful. Fantastic breakfast, a great place to relax.

The resort village was very quiet after the public holiday.

Not much amenities opened around the hotel. Best to hire a car to tour other parts of Bintan.

I like that the resort was quiet and peaceful, room was clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was just a 2 minute walk to the beach and there were some F&B shops on the way to the beach which offered a good variety of local dishes. The breakfast included a live cooking station which my friends and I liked. It was nice that there's free transport from the ferry terminal.

The hotel facilities seemed a little run down and I expected the shopping village to be open. I suppose Covid took a toll. Nonetheless, it offered a great island/beach escape. Coffee offered at breakfast could be nicer.

Nice, spacious and very clean room. The bed was very comfortable. Shuttle bus from/to the jetty.

Almost nothing to do nearby, Plaza Lagoi looks like a ghost town. Renting a scooter was not possible, the only one option available was to pay for a taxi service which was overpriced.
