The standards of the rooms, service and facilities were beyond our expectations.

The BBQ food which we ordered were not marinated and was rather bland and tasteless Probably the only thing that was unsatisfactory through our stay.

The property was nice. Facilities were good the food was good too. Staffs are all friendly. Smiles and happy faces everywhere.

The only complaint is there were flies in their Patio restaurant. But other than that it is all good!

Good mix of adult and children activities, and a mix of wet and dry activities. Breakfast buffet spread is excellent. Hotel staff very helpful with transportation within premise and outside. All of the staff we met went all the way out to make us feel comfortable and taken care of.

Recommend not to select rooms closest to Anmon if you are a light sleeper. They are party animals. Party music blast until 2am... Food selection really limited, only one restaurant. A weekend lunch buffet available at Swasthya, but selection is pathetic.

Location was near ferry terminal. Facilities and hospitality from staff were awesome. View from room was very beautiful and refreshing. Patio restaurant was good. Tried both breakfast and dinner. Tasty and nice.

Breakfast has alot of beef related, could have been chicken which is commonly eaten. Rooms have ants which can be disturbing at times

My family and I had the best experience ever in Natra Bintan Resort. The Amazing Hotel Event Team had gone extra miles to make the birthday event extra special. The price we paid for is definitely worth it! Excellent service and hospitality! I'll definitely make plans to go back to this awesome resort! Lots of fun and we are definitely well taken care by the Amazing Hotel Staff. Thank you for the most memorable experience!

Swimming pool as big as advertised, best thing is it’s now crowded at all, we can really chill out to do anything we are able to. staff are super friendly. breakfast is of great variety.

Room facilities are bit out-dated. Asian delights served at Patio restaurant are on salty end.

Breakfast was great spread! Services were awesome too! Room a little old but overall clean. Didn't know we could pay someone to bbq for us... having challenging doing myself while taking care of my old mother & baby.

Only one part which shocked me. The last day after breakfast we went back to rest before checking out. Someone opened our door with hotel card! I suggest all to self lock the room two doors front & toilet door.

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. The crystal lagoon and all the water activities were super fun!

There were a few youths (perhaps 18 years old) who were speeding on the electric scooters. My children and I were walking back to our hut, on a narrow path leading to the big path running across, then suddenly the same 2 youths on motorbikes who sped past us when we were walking along the Lagoon, sped past again. This was around 7pm when it was getting dark, plus the bushes lining the paths make it difficult to see,, and the electric bikes are rather quiet. If I wasn't holding my young children's (7 and 4 years old) hands and they were running across the big path, they would have been hit by the speeding motorbikes. There should be a speed limit on the motorbikes enforced throughout the resorts. The adults riding with kids on the bike were fine, going at a moderate speed. But these youths were racing each other. Very dangerous. Other than this, I totally enjoyed myself at Natra. Thank you.

Clean and spacious. well maintained resort. sharing the man-made lagoon and facilities with Amon so that there were enough bars and restaurant to go in the resort.

BBQ service. It's too expensive and not easy to cook. But I was impressed by the staff who came when it started to rain. took the leftover food and delivered it after cooking.

The style of the resort is charming, with the tent setup. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The lagoon looks amazing, it was a pitty that we couldn't enjoy it due to the bad weather.

It would be nice to have more whole-food options for breakfast. The quality was good overall but there were too many dishes with many condiments, fat, and oils.

The activities are more suited for couples, however there are some for family w kids too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lagoon was beautiful and kids love just relaxing in the water.

Nothing much... just that there weren't any food delivery available so the only options we had were frm the hotel menu, which can be pretty costly.
