Staff
Overpriced. You basically have to pay for everything- kids club, activities even floats for pool! Room furnishing old. No toiletries. Need to ask. Food was way overpriced but lacking in quality. Breakfast venue was under renovation and they set guests up at poolside cafe. No fan, hot sun. Pretty obvious management did not walk the ground to experience for themselves how guests would feel in such conditions. Even their staff were complaining about the venue. Won’t be back

Breakfast - no complain, wide spread.
Room - big enough, comfortable. It will be pleasant if there is air conditioner in the living room, provide better comfort for the guests, especially on hot days.
Toilet - should have provide the toiletries up front.
Kitchenette - will be good to have microwave oven. allow guest to heat up food
Washing bay - suggest to have clear signage to lead guest to wash sand off the feet and footwear before entering the room
Could have increase the bus frequency within the resort area during peak hours (milk run bus shuttle service between resorts)
some facilities are closed i.e bowling center.
no shuttle service to outside Nirwana resort (confined within resort compound)

Amazing variety at breakfast, beach, clear calm sea, pools, villa, choice of activities
Hardly any vegetarian options (except the spice restaurant)

Surroundings were nice, peaceful and relax. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were enough for 2
families of 4, however need to book extra bed which was not an issue. Aircon in all bedrooms were working fine.
Kitchen utensils like pots, pans & chopping board in Villa Suria 7 were quite old and very dirty. Drainage in the shower room on the 2nd floor seems to be choked, hence water flow slow and flooded the whole floor a few times during shower. No aircon on the 1st floor living area.

Spacious
Buggy facilities since its expensive to rent one.
Didn't upgrade even though in booking.com listed as such

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Everybody grew beyond theirselves to make our stay pleasant for all of us. We had a 3 bedroom villa which was perfect for our family of 6. The surrounding gardens are well maintained, the location was peaceful and especially the kids loved the pool with waterslide. Kids club was lovingly, they took good care of our grandchildren.
Food options very limited and expensive for what you get. Due to the remote location there's no chance to dine outside the resort. During our stay many places were closed and after some days they even reduced the breakfast buffet to mainly a la carte. After complaining to the management we found a satsfying solution for us.

the staff are super friendly and helpful. there are lots of facilities and activities in the resort.
things are overpriced in general. a can of beer is triple the price in a small local mart. difficult to navigate outside of the resort, as it’s far and not convenient as to transport.

The villa, rooms, beddings were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was quite good. The food at The Coffee Shop restaurant was good too, though the wait for food was slightly longer, probably die to the holiday season. The children enjoyed the swimming pool at Nirwana Gardens.

stayed in 3br villa and pleasantly surprised by the villa and resort. there were 3 bathrooms (though downstairs shower had no shower curtain), big tv downstairs (smaller one in master) with lots of channels and overall well maintained.
just at this price point, expectations a little higher - living room not big enough for 6 pax, no helpful amenities like beach bag, umbrella, slippers

15min from ferry terminal and Safari Lagoi.
bugs & creepy crawlies everywhere!
even on the bed. while this is prob not their
fault since it’s forest and foliage all around. also the internet is abysmal. I can’t even load a photo onto Instagram. even if it’s free I wouldn’t use it. rather pay for faster internet.

Villa was good...beach excellent...
The whole complex demands refurb...it also needs to entice customers...why charge a fee for everthing inc table tennis....ridiculous...no happy hour, so why drink there...drinks greatly inflated prices as was the food. Mini market us hotel owned so same exorbitant price. ..you must entice customers to spend more at bars....most eating areas not in use....wont go back

very clean and well maintained property, despite slowly coming out of covid woes.
strange smell in the toilet, not because it isn’t clean but just some strange smell that I can’t identify.

Clean and well maintained villa. Lots of greenery around and small ponds with lotus flowers looked really nice. Very close to the pool and Nirwana hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, always willing to assist with smile.
Wish the bedrooms were also on the same floor. Spice restourant wasn’t great experience due to poor service and not properly cooked food, may be they were too busy on Saturday.

Our villa was lovely - very clean, quite and very well cleaned.
The villa would benefit from a small bluetooth speaker system to play favourite music.

clean, well maintained and friendly
the available restaurants could have had a variety in the menu they offered.

The villa was quite clean and comfortable. The staff were really accomodating and friendly.
The beach is just a 2 min walk down from the villa.
They provided us with a buggy service to and from the lobby.
It was a really beautiful landscape and quiet, amazing for relaxation, wish we couldve stayed longer.
All in all the best parts were the staff and the scenic area.
The facilities were a little bit old, but its understandable since we have all just been through the covid period. Despite that they have kept the villa itself in tip top shape and facilities in pretty good working order.
Other attractions are pretty far off, so do take note to arrange some transport with the relevant tours you want or be prepared to spend 1mil RP for about 4hrs of taxi rental.
The beach is clean but there are traces of crude oil in the sand and even some lumps, but it still makes for a pretty enjoyable swim.
The breakfast didnt have a huge variety.
The ponds going through the villas seem to be void of fish, thus we suspect this to be the reason for the high number of mosquitos the moment you step out. Though the hotel does provide some effective mosquito repellant.
Value for money is the main concearn. I would say this is a bit of a personal opinion as for the price we paid, the villa was a bit small, not much provided other than the basic necessities. I guess the price was made up more through staff service and scenic location.

We were given a free upgrade to a villa with a private pool, it’s was a steal. The villa probably needs a bit of refurbishment. The food from the Restaurant is average, and it’s very expensive. Beer is SGD10, which is very expensive, pick up from duty free or the terminal ferry before you head to the resort.
the starboard of food is average and it’s very pricy.

Villa was ideal for family.
The breakfast buffet tried to charge us for an extra person even if already paid for all 7 guests. It must be a simple booking issue but the people in the restaurant were not good in handling the situation, making us feel like were trying to cheat them. Eventually, the manager made an insincere apology but it already ruined our morning and I just decided not to have their lousy breakfast.
