The place was outstanding and the owners couldn't have been any more accommodating. They ensured that we had the best possible stay while truly providing a home away from home! Walking distance to the beach as well as great restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here!

I came down to St. Pete with 10 friends to play some golf, go to the beach, hit the bars and restaurants, and just relax for a long weekend. This place was a PERFECT home base for our 4 days down in FL. The three properties are breathtakingly nice, and the internet pictures do not do it justice. With the three separate properties, this was ideal for a large group of guys. We all had our own bed or futon, and enough space to spread out and be comfortable. What was even nicer is that it is completely renovated with brand new amenities and appliances, as well as about 3 sets of washers and driers. For a family vacation, or for large groups, it cant be beat. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and multiple bars and restaurants are within walking distance- we frequented Post Card Inn beach bar, as well as Jimmy B's at night for live music and cheap drinks. We were so comfortable, we found ourselves going back to the same places each night because they were such a good time. It was such a fun weekend, and I will stay here again next time we're in the area. It is far and away better than a beach front condo, as you have a TON of space, and you can walk to the beach easily. I really don't know what more to say - the two women that run it also couldn't be nicer and easier to work with. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great Place! Everything was just as expected. It was a very nice home. The kitchen was equipped well making it easy to prepare a meal. The bikes made it really easy to get around. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and a few more to all the shopping along Gulf Blvd. We would definitely come back the next time we're in St. Pete Beach.

My family was there and rented all 3 properties. We were very impressed with all 3 places. It was perfect for us. The home owner has done a amazing job decorating each place to fit it. All 3 places were very clean. We will be returning to this location it is one of the best places we have stayed. Thanks for a great place and for working with all of us.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much, a few blocks from the beautiful beach, and restaurants. It was really a home away from home. Jacqueline has thought of everything to make your stay effortless, the house met our expectations and we will definitely be back. Very easy dealing with Jacqueline and her sister Kathy . A friend and I recently rented this very nice bungalow situated in a quiet neighbourhood for almost three weeks. It was extremely clean and very well furnished. For example, coffee lovers would appreciate the grinder, the bodum, a regular coffee maker and the expresso machine (as mentioned by a previous reviewer). In the fully enclosed backyard there is a pretty flowering tree under which we enjoyed our breakfast on sunny mornings. The high end washer and dryer were put to good use. A beautiful beach, good restaurants and the local trolley are within a few blocks. A lovely escape from a cold Canadian winter.

This place was perfect for our group of 11. We rented the house, bungalow and loft for Christmas, and the group came from all over the country. The units were fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to bicycles, to beach towels and equipment. The location is perfect, close to beaches and great restaurants. Would highly recommend this property for a comfortable Florida getaway.w

We immediately felt like at home. The Cottage is furnished with a lot of love for details, very clean and perfectly maintained. Wonderful beach is nearby (5 minutes walk) and we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Jaqueline and her family who received us very warmly. Any time we would come back and we probably will do....this property is definitely recommended.

Updated casual cottage is suited to comfortably accommodate 4-6 people depending on whether or not apt is included. Apartment and cottage are very tastefully decorated. Surrounding area is transitional with public beach several blocks away. Property is fenced and offers a lot of privacy. Property was not particularly well maintained nor as clean as I would have expected. Outdoor furniture was in disrepair. I would not recommend to a friend or relative.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The owner was easy to communicate with. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, etc...near by. It's a one block walk to the inlet and about another 3 or 4 to the closest public beach. We made good use of the outdoor patio and seating, as well as the bikes. The pictures on the listing were accurate. We really enjoyed being able to walk to some of the restaurants and bars on the beach.

The house was perfect for my birthday trip and you cannot beat the price! The house has everything you need from comfy beds, beach towels, bikes, and all kitchen appliances. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, but I recommend going a little farther down the beach to visit the resorts...Sirata, Beachcomber, and Grand Plaza hotel all had great pools, bars and food. The owner of the house is very responsive and communicates everything you need to know. I would definitely stay at this house again! Thanks for a great vacation!

We stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The house has pretty much everything you'd need...even beach chairs and toys for the beach! I highly recommend staying here :)

The house was perfect, from the beautiful plants outside to the kitchen and everything your family could possibly need to go to the beach.... as a parent i totally appreciated the floats :)

This home was the cornerstone to one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating vacations my family has ever had. Our 9 year old son and 6 year old daughter played, laughed, and frolicked in the sand and surf while resting peacefully in this spacious beach cottage!!! The house was immaculate and everything you need was there...we will definitely be staying here again!!! Thank you so much for the great memories!!!

This house was so Beautiful and wonderfully decorated. My friends and myself all loved the place! Plus it was in a great location within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future!! Plus all the neighbors around were very friendly and we were able to meet a lot of people during our stay. It was GREAT!
