When we reached at 7pm the hotel was shut down. We had to walk to the nearby grocery shop who was so kind to call the phone number in the email and let someone come to let us in. The hotel us next to a road and is very noisy. There was no hot water in the shower

Basic accommodation with all you need if you just need a room to sleep and put your things down while you explore the island. Staff were great

Location is excellent. Two ladies at housekeeping they are really hardworking and their hospitality was amazing.

When you reach late night the entire area is dark which is not comfortable and there are lot of stray dogs also in front of the gate.

Very nice personal, super friendly and helpful. Even organised a rental car for us and made very flexible booking possible. The room was big, clean and entailed everything needed. There's also a nice terrasse to chill out

Kitchen equipment could have been a bit cleaner

The staff was unbelievably nice and very helpful! They let us checkout very late so we were able to shower before heading off after a day at the beach. They organised a tour to the ile aux cerfs for us. The breakfast was nice. There is a parking lot in the backyard we were allowed to use free of charge. A couple of little shops just around the corner. All in all we thought it was a good value for money.

There was mold in the shower, (we just put on flip flops, so it was alright) but besides everything seemed clean. During the night it was quiet noisy outside.

Big room, nice terrace for evening relax

A little uncomfortable. It is clean but we did not feel good there. WiFi problem in room, working only good on terrace.

The room was super large, with a comfy bed and very clean bathroom. The room was also cleaned daily by 2 lovely ladies who were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was additional for 5€ per day and quite delicious (bread, jam, huge pot of coffee and large plate of fruits). The owner was helpful for any questions I might have and even gave me some Divali cakes in celebration of the holiday.

The parking is a little difficult to get into but with a little practice even that works just fine.

I enjoyed time in SM Lodge. Large, clean and bright room with a good atmosphere. Quiet nights, great location. My room was cleaned every day and I was very pleasantly surprised. Not far from the pier (10 min) from where you can go to the island. Nearby there are a couple of restaurants and Bus stop. Most of all I liked the staff, Diraj is amazing guy, which always helps and makes great excursions. We had a good time at the waterfalls. Better to ask him for a taxi or boat tickets to the island. Nice ladies work at the hotel also.
