スタッフの方たちは良い対応の方ばかりです

ベットマットがヘコんでいて、腰痛になりそう。連泊で２段目のベットだったので、途中から替わっても良いから下段の方が快適だったと思う。

Big rooms. They allowed us to bring our bikes inside our room and leave our luggage for a fee while we toured other places in Kansai.

Toilet- I really hope they consider adding a Japanese toilet with multiple functions (bidet etc.) in the future, but otherwise, everything is great!

La posizione della struttura è assolutamente perfetta... A due passi da Gion e Pontocho, parecchi punti di interesse comodamente raggiungibili a piedi e per gli altri c'è una stazione dei bus esattamente di fronte e una della metro a una decina di minuti a piedi. La sala comune con la cucina è un po' piccola ma molto accogliente, anche il bar al piano terra carino e moderno (non l'ho però utilizzato quindi non so dare un giudizio sulla qualità di cibi e bevande). La pulizia impeccabile, soprattutto dei bagni

lo spazio nella camera era veramente pochissimo e male organizzato. Gli armadietti piccoli, ma soprattutto nessun altro spazio personale per appoggiare borse/zaini... valigie e scarpe vanno infilate praticamente sotto il letto per riuscire a camminare

The staff were friendly and accomodating. They provided information about local restaurant’s which I should try. The location was great and right near everything.

The dormitory room I was in had bad ventilation and smelt bad at night. There was a window there but it couldn’t be opened so sleeping in the room at night was hard due to the heat from all the people in there.

It is well-located. Bathroom is spacious and good, with ammenities, hot water, clean. Kutcher is nice and people can cook. People that work at the hostel are nice.

Some people that stay at the hostel do not have manners. Dont give Basic compliments, a simple friendly smile, dont talk. It is very weird. Individualism and incapacity to relate to others. May be the hostel should promote events for better communication, like pubcrawls, momment with drinks for free, some games for guests and brings back what is the main idea and "soul" of a hostel. - Brunch that should go till 2 PM, was always finished and I could not try.

I loved this hostel! The location is great, near some metro stations and bus stops, and not too far from some attractions. The bed was comfortable, really nice bathrooms and showers. The kitchen area is really nice, with kitchen stuff, microwave, kettle, a fridge, books and seating space with sockets where you can also work or study! The bar downstairs means that you always see people when you come in. The staff are very kind and helpful. I met some really nice travellers too.

The fact that the staff works both for the hostel and for the bar, meant that sometimes the reception (in front of the bar) was empty and I didn't know who I should ask for help from the people at the bar as they seemed busy working. It wasn't a big issue but a bit uncomfortable everytime. The code system at the doors of the rooms looks very old and the numbers are placed in a confusing order, it could be modernized/updated. The sink area on the last floor felt a bit small (two sinks for the whole floor I believe) Please make the ladder for the top bed a bit longer so that it starts closer to the floor, so that it's safer (I was in a bottom bed but my roommates on the top beds were struggling a bit)

Very nice facilities, and nice people all around

Unfortunately, when I was there there weren’t many people hanging out in the common room (it is located on the second floor, so it is not a place that you pass by, but need to go there)

Excellent location. The environment is 👍. The staff are very nice.
