We really enjoyed our time there. Staff were amazing and really helpful. The cleaning lady came every day. They have a washing machine which was so helpful for 4 of us. Everything was close to the Aparthotel (bars, restaurants, shops, beach etc)

The room was spacious and it was quiet. The beds were comfy and the room had an air conditioning. There was a swimming pool and a cafe right outside our door. The cleaning staff came every day and replaced towels. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I traveled with my sister and we stayed in a double room. I didn’t like that the room had two different sized beds, the shower doors were corroded and mirror discolored. Our room had ants. The kitchenette had basic utensils but the hotel charged extra for a dish soap and a towel. The rooms have a potential and would look better with minor updates.

Excellent lively staff clean properties

The location is quite good - not too far to go to the beach and there is a supermarket nearby. Nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. The staff is quite polite. The wifi was fine.

Upon arrival, we found that the toilet lid was not washed! Also the towels were stained. There is no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, also there was no kitchen towel. The hood draws air back into the room (what is its point then!?! ). The kettle inside was quite dirty. The window in the room does not open, so you had to open the door for the ventilation. But at the same time, if the neighbors smoke, everything will fly to your room. The soundproofing is just terrible (we had a door connecting our room with the next one. From the gap in it we could see the light in another room). If you have loud neighbors, you are guaranteed suffering. Even with a normal tone of conversation, everything is audible. There are no outlets in the bathroom. The description on the 'booking' says there is a safe, but it turned out to be paid.

Overall, a very good experience. We had problems with a lot of ants which appeared at night, but it was bearable and we did not inform the property about this, so I do not know how they would have reacted. A bit unpleasant the fact that you could buy the adapters for the electricity at the hotel for 3 euros, when the same did not cost more than 2 euro in any shops nearby. Other hotel in Cyprus where I have been just gave them to the customer for a small deposit in case they forgot to return them. Furthermore, asking for a delayed check out meant paying about 40 euros extra. The property cannot be faulted for that: it was all spelled out in the rules, but at times it felt they were trying to squeeze some extra money from the customers. Once again, in other hotels in Cyprus where I have been, it was either possible or impossible to check out late in the day, but never a matter of money.

Comfortable right next to the pool with plenty of deck chairs to relax by the pool. room was very good and clean. Also really liked that it was cleaned everyday with toiletries restocked. The staff were lovely they advised us on places to go eat and see, the best clubs and where to avoid.

The staff are great, it's such a lovely place to stay, the breakfast had such a great selection. Pool very clean,. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.the room was large and clean with everything we needed and more. I went for a spilt room , felt wonderful. My son had a room which he was very comfortable. The beds and bedding were clean and very comfortable. Fabulous stay, we are definitely going back later in the year, it's great for all ages and family's .

What I did not like was I had only stayed for three nights.

I like the staff, very helpful. The location is close to the beach. Is a nice place, very clean hotel, but I can't say I liked it.

I didn't like the fact that when you eat something at the bar they don't let you eat and ask you to pay on the spot. It is not relaxing to sit by the pool and buy 5 juices and pay 5 times. It makes sense to pay when you leave the bar or pool. Breakfast could be better. I didn't like the fact that the towels change every 3 days. I had to pay extra to change my towels every day. They don't have towels by the pool. Soap in the room supplies you only once per stay. It's a nice location, but it could make it even better if it provided more hygiene products, changed towels daily, and modernized a little with the bar payment systems. The pool only leaves you with disposable food and drink containers. I honestly haven't seen anything like it anywhere. The bed are not comfortable. I do not recommend!

location and layout is ideal for families, breakfast was great and the pool really quiet. highly recommended

during our first night, neighbors were really loud, not the best walls between units. staircase is really noisy, so if you have a light sleep baby, not the best option

Right in the city and close to the harbour. A supermarket Ist just around the corner and we also enjoyed the Mango Café at the hotel. We liked the spacious apartment and the pool site.

The furniture could use an update.

The apartment is spacious and clean, location is also perfect with a short walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, luna park and the supermarket is right on the corner of the street. The staff is super pleasant and helpful! Thanks for a lovely stay!
