Lovely studio with a beautiful garden outside your door. One minute from the ocean. Hosys on site

Private space in the back. Owner and wide are super friendly. Quick walk to the beach. Back area has a barbecue grill, tables, and. Chairs, with lots of what trees and foliage.

Almost everything was great. I wish there was access to laundry. The only complaint was the bed was too small and very uncomfortable. Didnt look like a queen as advertised, looked more like a full. I woke up sore and in pain every day. Other than that it was perfect for us. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for for nights and absolutely loved it. The property is less than a minute’s walk to the beach and within walking distance of lots of places to eat and drink. I never felt like it was too noisy or busy though. It’s on a quiet street and has a beautiful patio/garden that we had to ourselves the entire stay. It’s extremely clean, in a safe area, and the hosts were friendly and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. I am so glad we found this place; if we return to south Florida on another trip we will absolutely be staying here.

This place was just right…close to everything yet far away from noise and activity! Our hosts were wonderful to speak with and we enjoy several conversations while enjoying the beautiful patio. Thank you…!

Excellent location for romantic get away. Very quiet and a short walk to night life if that’s what you’re looking for.

It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views. Sandy beach, good swim, body boarding, etc. 2.5 mile Boardwalk is great. Lots to see and do. Apartment is clean and cute. Full size bed is nice but intimate, which was fine for us. Bathroom, kitchen, and living area were small but great for us. We spent most of our time on the beach, boardwalk, and in downtown Hollywood. The area where the apartment is located is quiet, which we liked. No loud bars, clubs, or large hotels close, so traffic was minimal and there was very little noise, even on New Year’s Eve. There’s a small garden area with table and chairs right outside the apartment and it was a beautiful, private space to sit and read or eat. We would definitely go again. Loved it!

This little place was in a great location very close to the Broadwalk. The free parking is right on site and easy to access. The place was clean. The neighbors were friendly and helpful.

The perfect stay for our vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

Bella Vista Garden studio it's super convenient to the boardwalk! Free parking! Has everything you need for a couple. Lovely host and hostess. Outdoor seating space is very beautiful and relaxing!

Jon & Inga are incredible hosts!!!!They were so kind & accommodating to our every need( including umbrellas during a rain storm!!) The place is definitely for a single or a couple but well decorated, clean and filled with all the things you need for a wonderful vacation!

We had issues with people parking in our designated parking spot. We contacted Vacasa many times and had poor unhelpful responses from random customer service people. We never met whoever manages the property, but when we finally were able to park in our spot, they left us a note saying we needed to pay for the day or be fined. When we reached out to the vacasa team to see what was up, we never heard from them. By this time our stay was done so it did not matter. Besides that hiccup this place and amazingly close to the beach and broad walk. We spent all day on the beach and ate at a new place every night. I would consider going back. It was clean and had all the essentials. Perfect for a couples get away!

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the owners, John & Enga. They owners immediately made us feel welcome and showed us to our room. The little courtyard was a peaceful oasis right off of the boardwalk. We will definitely visit this place again and it’s hard to beat for the price. The only critical remarks are toward the A/C unit being directly next to the bed (less than 36 inches) and the loudness of the unit and cold air blowing directly on you can make it hard to sleep. The toilet is very close to the wall in front of it so very tight area. Again these are being critical. The unit was very clean and had a nice little setup for a short stay. You are literally steps away from the boardwalk and beach. We are grateful for the owners hospitality and welcoming experience at their place.

This garden apartment is conveniently located just steps from the broadwalk but the outdoor patio area is tucked away and private. We enjoyed our meals outside surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and with the sounds of the birds. The apartment itself was clean and our host was incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved it so much we’ve already booked the place for next year!
