Great size room with working Aircon, hot shower and working TV. Apartment had all the utensils needed to cook both, lifts to floor 5 were working. There is a oxxo store opposite the complex which was handy. There is a coffee shop/bakery inside the complex which allows you to buy drinks/food without an expensive wristband. The shared pool area was very much an under 35 style hotel with music and entertainment during the day. The apartment was very easy to get to from the ADO bus station (R1 bus) and stops right outside the hotel. You will also need this bus to go to any restaurants as there are only 2 expensive ones in walking distance. Airport taxi was 550 pesos and the receptionist happily ordered this for you. We personally loved this stay and would stay here again if we come back to Cancun.

Only expensive restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Can only buy coffee or bakery items in hotel. All other drinks/meals must be bought through an expensive "all inclusive" wristband.

Everything. its oceanside, with all good facilities from the overarching hotel without the hassle. The apartments are brilliant, clean, good beds, good equipped kitchen and beach stuff. The arrival was easy and quick.

No big restaurants in the area. Good to have a car.

No opening windows, so no sea braze or fresh air. Only air con. Very noisy, paper thin walls and doors. Heard noise all the time , crying baby, moving furniture above unit, lots of talking in corridor, people coughing through the night.Doors slamming. Only one pillow each , I usually sleep with 2. For this reason I cannot recommend the unit.

The host Betty was super kind and responsive to all our needs. The property had an amazing balcony with beautiful views.

the property is within an all inclusive hotel which restricts you from eating/drinking there unless you purchase a pricey wristband. Bear this in mind.

Good location, nice beach, nice view. Kitchen well equipped and the value for money is excellent.

Windows dirty, should be cleaned more often, some of the furniture worn out. Not being able to open a window is inconvenient.

Everything was great. The host was verry kind and was giving all information that we needed. The view was fantastic. I recommend.

The beachfront view is stunning, and the beach was kept clean. We had access to the resort's lounge chairs, pool and jacuzzi. Betty and Belen were always responsive to our requests.

Unfortunately, the bedroom AC was not working upon my arrival. It was not responsive to adjustment, so I spent a cold night at 16.5 degrees Celsius. Betty was very responsive and had a repair team there the next day, and they thought the issue was resolved, but we had another unfortunate night with the temperature dropping to 13.5! The repair team returned the next day and found the issue. Betty offered to compensate us for the inconvenience, but unfortunately we have not received any kind of refund to date. The apartment was clean, and housekeeping came in again about half way through our eight night stay, which we appreciated. I was taken aback by how worn the apartment is. I am sure it receives a lot of abuse, but I was surprised that small things were not addressed, such as loose hardware, curtains pulled off the tracks, and the kitchenware was rusty and cheap. As a previous reviewer noted, as well, the bedroom AC does blow directly onto the bed, so it can be uncomfortable depending on the temperature. The windows do not open. All in all, potential guests may need to adjust their expectations as I realize beachfront access at this price point is rare.

Betty and Belén are two fantastic lady, who knows what genuine travellers like us need. They're kind, quick responding and really friendly through our stay.

Unfortunately the hotel is very restricted about no cash policy and the only way to get eat or drink something if you either buy somewhere and bring it with you or buy a day pass for $120 (no way a normal person can get the value for the money)

The studio was very comfortable and clean with several facilities. The building was beautiful and clean too. The lobby and reception area were amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful with whatever you need. There is an Oxxo near the building. It is located in Zona Hotelera near the airport and close to malls such as Plaza Kukulcan and La Isla; in 25 mins you can be in the city. The pool and beach access were amazing.

The property is shared with the Óleo Boutique All inclusive hotel, the security at the entrance is great. The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything you need while away from home. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has a strong hot shower with great water pressure to fi ish your day. The lady who owns the property is amazing, she is in communication with you as guest to ensure your check in process and anything you need is well taking care of. I am very grateful for my stay at the property.

The view from this property is exceptional and very hard to beat. We will definitely stay again. lovely local restaurant called Joes across the road and a well equipped small supermarket. Great to have extra towels and beach towels Betty was fantastic for communication and was of great help to us. I highly recommend at his apartment.

Nothing with the place, but just the hotel's location is a bit far from a wide selection of restaurants. But most hotels in the hotel zone are like that.

Everything was perfect; couldn't have asked for a more perfect location, facilities, or friendliness. We had a great time even when the weather did not cooperate. The host was awesome. Great communication before, during, and after.

For the price, I felt like maid and towel service could've been included every day, but it wasn't a big deal. Towels were replaced upon request.
