Great location, clean and comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable host, close to many restaurants, cafes, and bars.. I have nothing to complain about!

Couldn't have asked for a better place in the Como/Cernobbio area! No negatives.

Lovely airy spacious central apartment and very pleasant host Georgio. Overall, I recommend this apartment. And the photos don't do it justice - it's much nicer, especially the ultra modern bathroom with fab shower

It's a 2 bed apartment but the second bed wasn't made up (there was an assumption that because we were just 2 guests that we would be sharing a room - not!) Absolutely no pantry items such as tea, coffee, oil, sugar, salt in the (immaculate) kitchen. The inclusive Italian breakfast (small capuchino and pastry) is in a pleasant cafe in town but not worth the effort, I think... Lots of local noise at all hours, especially noisy mopeds and competing bells!

Spacoius and cosy appartment in an older building, just a short walk to the lake, lake and park view, very welcoming and nice host. Free coffee and croissant in the near pasticceria. Free and safe private parking even for larger cars.

It was extremely hot during our stay, an air conditioner would be necessary. No elevator.
